    Visiting John Deere

does that jd & loader keep over heating ? i knew a chap take all the pannels off the engine once when he was power-harrowing in the summer coz it kept over heating . turned out the radiator was choked solid with dirt , mind you i've had to keep the side pannels proped open on an MF 698Twhen power-harrowing to keep the engine cool & a deutz 78.07C when mowing as all the thistle heads kept blocking the finns on the cylinder heads \ OR it could be that somethings fallen off the loader & mashed the tinwork \ \
  14. thats a fair collection you got there chap :)
  15. lovely clear pics FP how many tons are dug per day ? strange to see the headlights at the top of the grill on the deere
  16. looks promising bjorn ,will it be a lemkin ? is that your 936 at the front ?
  17. if it was min-till direct drilling ,do you really think it would need 500hp F-P ? as the promo pic shows a magnum pulling a centaur . tripples would only spread the weight not necessarily give it more traction udi.
  18. many manufacturers put ag wheels on backwards these days but unless the wheel is driven the self cleaning aspect isn't an issue so it makes no difference which way they're put on though it has been proved that the tread does last longer when the wheels are reversed, there are a few contractors round here that have reversed their front wheels for this reason . funny you lot picked up on this but not ians west spreader very good convo you have there Ricky :)
  19. you ought to scan it to make a poster of it or just frame it as i don't spect there's many others about
