nice going mark , but that first side on pic of that dusted ford looks like it's about to collapse in the middle
-
first off mark you got to get it to fendthead for some cow muck weathering then you got to remove a door , break & remove s few windows & then rip at least one mudguard off, reverse ot least one of the rear tyres & change the colour of one of the wheels & fill the gap between the rear wheel & the mudguard with dung , & possibly weatherup any detail of the wheels as they'd be completly covered

agreed anything is possible , i suppose the standard angry pidgeon is 2D but got to say the decals on the model really set it off convo, have you got pics of the real thing mate :) got to say was never a scania fan as i found the original 4 series was an awfull truck have to say i'm reasonably pleased with mine & quite liking it , dont tell tris -
no problem mate , i've also added, an AGRI type tractor tyre from a mechano set years ago that also helped with traction !

your mate has a copy right on the scania griffin ? got a nice finish on them though ! -
well it wouldn't hurt to give it a quick squirt of WD40 when it's all back together would it
-
to be quite honest bill , if the only thing people moan about is a reversed tyre , the model it'self had been approved !
-
remove the cogs/gearwheels & clean them up with a small file , it's usually the remnants of the casting that stops them from going around , same as the cam that moves the bales along in the lid of the pick-up reel area

cracking updates mark good to see it being updated , the ford line up looks well mate , got some nice classics now
-
Swish . nice word mate ! some good pics mart, looks like it's still all going on for you there mate , well done

think i know where you mean tim , i used to work at moolham farm, i think i was the last tractor driver to actually work the farm before it folded , crippled by the debt the owner at the time gambled any funds he had away i left before i was asked to go , it was a great shame , a good farm wasted really, run by a man who only knew what was what from books & that was read from the bottom of a whiskey glass
-
shame he's had to give pottery farm up , the familly been there for years really nice bloke tony is , i think his boy russel is working for graham farmer up over eagle cross way. i saw tony up over at moolham a while back , i think one of the Lane brothers left him some land when he died.

indeed i could tim , many puncture repairs on that old girl have i done , many many, ............... many ,many, many ...........to many \ far to many far more than i'd have liked more than i'd like to remember i used to hate that thing :'( ;D ;D yeah i got a lot of stories about that old girl , like about the time i went hauling pig slurry with it , & the other time i went haunling pig slurry with it....... ohh & there was one time i went hauling , ah ........er pig slurry with it nah nice find mate , i take it you got it from tony brown ? last i saw it it was backed up in the gateway just before you get in the yard & was having problems with the pump, last couple of years i been thinking about seeing if he'd want to sell it , but didn't even know if he still had it ! but yes i've done a few thousand gallons with it up at cricket , of which a few of those loads you were sat up the cab with me mate ! mainly for the pigs , 2 days a week every other week if i recall but as well as the silage effluent, & washed out for clean water to soak the silage sheds out to get them scrubbed up for more silage . first i used to haul it was that knackered 2wd 698 ! & the 3080 ,even used that old 590 with the wondering steering & wallys 290 for a few days ! good lord they never got out of low range all up past the court until the top fields & even then that was only for a 100 yard stretch ! but the 698T was the kiddie to drag her about , i always thought the 2wd 698 & that tanker always made a great photo oppertunity, unfortunately another chance i didn't take thanks for that tim , made me smile that has
