  1. These are photographs of photographs so the quality isn't great but I think this is what you're looking for. We owned this tractor for about two years until 2001 when we traded it in for a new Valtra 6650. We titdied it up a bit while we had it hence the before and after vibe in the photos. It was a good tractor to pull especially with the dual power, but wasn't the nicest to drive particularly as the noise would make your ears bleed!

  2. Thanks for the comments lads, I'm glad the photos came out well, my camera can be a bit hit and miss so I picked out the best of them. Don't worry about the state of the workshop Denis, That's how most workshops look anyway! Good job on the display Mick, there was plenty going on. I might have a go at a Valmet like your 8550 some time. As for the wish list, I managed to knock another one off before I went home by buying the 1/16 Valmet 20 off George's stand :D :D

  3. The sports hall is in the wit campus, pull in to the car park  at the front and it is up to the left hand side ;)

I that's where it is then ignore my directions, those are for the Waterford Crystal Leisure Centre which is where it was the last time I went. Can anyone confirm that it has moved venue to the WIT grounds? I'm sure I'll find it either way but it might save some driving around :-\

  4. Thanks a lot for the info Andy, i've just noticed a better picture in the Toytrac layouts topic. I guess the info was in the Model Farmer topics somewhere but I was looking in the Siku section so no wonder I couldn't find anything, only just looked at my phone either Colm! :D  :D

I take it they're in silver and gold, but will they be available to non-subscribers to the magazine?

  5. Hi guys, I spotted this in the corner of one of the Toytrac pictures (the one people were making up captions for). It appears to be a black or silver version of the Siku Valtra T191 but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere before. Does anybody know anything about it or can point me to a relevant topic? Sorry about the image quality but its blown up a bit from the corner of one photo so I can't improve it :'(

I would really appreciate any information about this model or where I could get one

    Thanks ;)

  6. Not quite for me, I'd love to see a Super Q cabbed one done by uh ;)

    I won't be happy until I see a nice 1/32 Q-cabbed 7600 anyway :) :)

Will definitely be getting those new Valtras for christmas. I'm only buying Valtras at the moment and I'm finding it hard just to keep up with them!

  7. I'd say your first guess is the closest there IH885XLman, its probably for 'Balers Choice' or similar, a preservitive that allows you to bale material that may not be totally dry, preventing it from going musty. It is especially useful with big balers because they compress the material so much that any moisture will have no chance to escape once the bale is made

PS Savage shots there James, the first one is a real winner ;)
