  1. Looks good mate. Was it hard to make work or??

Thanks, it was quite hard to figure out how to get it to turn over so that the wheel stayed the same distance from the last furrow when ploughing lefthand or righthand. Enough to make sure I don't do another :P:D

was it hard to do  :-[ i fancy getting a 7 furrow kverneland and giving her the chop  :-\

Looked very easy to start with Murray, but turned out not to be the case ;), don't know about the KV, mine hsn't ventured out of its box, yet ;)

Liking that a lot, very tidy conversion  :)

    Regards

    David

    Thanks David

  2. Looks very good in my opinion and will be adding one to my collection :)

Have to say tho, it's a pity, if they have gone to this much work to give us more of what we want, and have not fixed the bucket tipping issue :(

  3. Jez reckons if you plugged in the electrics and plumbed up the water this farm would function! He couldn't big it up enough. I wish I could've seen it for real too. Love the shrinkwrapped pallets. So many touches mate, so many. 8)

Echo comments of those before me.

Stunning work Graham, I keep thinking you've covered it all, then you go and come up with more detail. :) :)

One lucky person is going to really enjoy owning this layout.

  4. Bought some cattle and decided they better go into the unfinished sheds, what with this cold snap and snow expected  :D;D

I wonder if someone notices the subtle changes to the six wheeler that I've eventually got round to doing ???:P ( there was a seperate topic on the lorry some time ago).

There is plans for that too Bill, but many other things to take up time aswell!!

Need to get my mates 35x finished first before we start on my one in ernest ;)

  6. Nice looking start to Stuarthill Brian. Now I have to be nosey  inquisitive and ask about the name... a farm in Aberdeenshire and why the name ??? ???

    Thanks Bill,

The name, well I live at Stuart Crescent and because its up in the loft and on a hill shelf. So sorry, no farm that I know of in the area, Stuarthill farm is purely in my head ;D ;D :D

  7. Thanks for the comments guys :)

Fences along the road side are at a standstill at the moment until I see a certain someone at Spalding for some gates ;)

I need to get some feed bunkers made now for the front of the sheds, then some cattle can move in :)

  8. nice wee yard, cant wait to see some animals about :)

Cows and sheep waiting in the wings ;)

i will borrow you one  of my coats its warm because its insulated with  cow 5h1t...you can work all night then

No thanks ::) I like my comforts too much ;D This hobby is supposed to be fun for me, not a chore ;):)

  9. Long time coming Brian, you've some great builds and models under your hat so it will be good to seem them as we should  :o8)

    Thanks Tris,

I found that it has just been too cold at this time of year to go out to the garage to work on a display, then when the weather warms up so does work etc. I hope to bring the large modern grain farm in from the garage to and have it set up below this one.
