  1. ya the price is pretty expensive but then again u pay for what you get, alot of time and effort went into these trailers, particularily around the back doors and they are far better then the standard britains masterson if you ask me
  2. ditto everything that was said above fantastic set up i especially like the cultivated field
  3. dats nice sparrow legs, theres quite a few of them appearing on here lately
  4. nice pic deere-est, i love looking at those american harvesting pics there unreal, would be great if you could get some of yours up at some stage. as regards the posting and taking a few gos to put the picture up ive broadband here in college and it still happens to me accompied by severe gritting of the teeth
  5. haha well i think ill hang on to my 2 900s for this coming season but the 880 has been replaced with the britains jd harvester, im looking to get a new mower as well for the silage would prefer to get the big M instead of the cougar when it comes out
  6. thanks mjb1, as regards the fork thats from Dave T if your interested in it and hes still making them i believe. i dont know what it is exactly i dont like about the siku tractors, to be honest i think alot of their range lacks the authentic look or something like that, saying that i do think the 8270 and 8280 are actually some of sikus best models and the 5455 especiallys PDC conversion is very nice.
  7. hi deere-est, he used fine wire for the tipping hoses about 1mm thick and the yellow wire for breaks is just some coiled wire about 2mm thick, as for as i know Ian sells it and so do others on here probably if you need some
  8. thanks FB love them like a mother loves kids.............. well that is if she does love her kids but u get my drift
  9. great job Marcus its lookin well and the small wheels are the job just like the real thing
  10. my thoughts exactly SPN was thinking about putting it on the rake and i have the UH deutz 1160 ttv and its nice but im loking to update with masseys
  11. ya if UH do bring out stuff it will def be something to look forward to, as regards the 8280 i actually want it for cultivation work and even with the farmer plus range theres just something i dont like about them i cant quite place it exactly. ive also asked Dave t about doing his 6190 conversion for me with UH wheels like the one on farmmodels.net, hes just after getting some UH stuff in stock and will see what he can do.
  12. ya im dying for some more masseys to come out so i can up date, if any one out there thinks they could make the siku massey ferguson 8280 more realistic looking and putting it for sale start shouting, PDCs 5455 2wd conversion is pretty cool too would like to get one at some stage if he decides to go ahead and make them
  13. nicely done Martin and nice boxes Mark could make a career out of selling them
  14. the starter had gone in that one when i had her so i had to start her from the outside with the wires but that was in the summer as regards starting her in the winter i honestly cant say because as i said shes solely used for wrapping now and is just parked in a sheed with the wrapper still attached at the moment and wont be coming out till may some time, but they were and still are a lovely tractor and used be all around here too a few years ago
  15. ya it was a nice day alrite last summer, best bit was though there wasa girls boarding school just down the road and they were passing up and down all day hence i was out taking pics................ of the tractor of course
  16. heres a pic of our ford 7810 and the wraper, a lovely tractor i think but unfortuntaly shes virtually retired now and her sole job is wrapping bales which is unfortunate as shes in perfect condition, just no longer powerful enough for the new gear my boss is using
  17. was just looking around for the pic of the power harrow, but unfortuntaly dont have it scanned onto the copmputer like i thought i had, will scan it on next time i can get near a scanner
  18. i agree nice pics wish they did beet around me
  19. didnt read all this post as im trying to catch up with unread ones but id go with the top picture, the front whels are more realistic, a guy near me had one before and compared to the rest of the tractor the front wheels were very small and there was a slight slope on the bonnet but she looked the business
  20. thought you might like it TM. most sort out the tractor on the mower when something suitable comes along, if you know what i mean and ya there agriums 6290 look good on his trailers i think
  21. ya shes nice but i must sort out widder wheels for her and mirrors at some stage in the future
