  1. Unachievable: Cameron Diaz, Ken Block, Guy Martin Possibly achievable: our very own Trissle T. Hobbit, seeing as I have already blagged a days jollies with Gavalar and Marky Mark Ferguson.

  4. this old chestnut! I am now (happily) in the situation where the company supplies my work wear, (with my name sewed on!) and I only have to provide footwear, currently some Nike running shoes. Working inside really makes the difference!

  6. thankfully no injuries Tris, the woman on the other end of my 999 call asked "do you know what the person looks like?" and I said, "sorry, no- when they started shooting fireworks at me I started walking the other way!" I'm bare faced for the beginning of Movember, now trying my best to grow a moustache, not going well.
  7. Steph and I had fireworks shot at us by some "yoof" so I dialled 999 for the riot van and we retreated to the pub for a restorative pint.. full marks to the boys in blue as the oiks weren't there an hour later!

Gorgeous camera, and a good deal, £280 for a refurbished model (regular £400) direct from Fuji, (inclusive of 12months warranty). here's a photo of someone else's, mine doesn't arrive until tomorrow. Need to pick up a few things now, spare battery, SDHC, lens hood, case... the list goes on. http://www.flickr.co...N05/6793368288/
  11. after probably 60 hours of solid rain, it's stopped.... and there's this glowing yellow disc in the sky that it hurts to look at, I'm not quite sure what it is though, probably one of those "not seen within living memory" things! Also, I've been at work for long enough to qualify for attendance bonus!
