  1. Beautiful collection and nicely displayed...
  2. Electric cars are not the one solution SPN... They have their faults and environmental impacts also. Clarkson and Mike Brewer speak alot of sence about them.. Toyota were one of the first companies to put a battery in a car.. Their Hybrids are the best on the market considering their Prius cars have really stood the test of time, even tough their looks ain't the most appealing.. Toyota will be on top of their game in time with EVs.The VW iD cars are already having their batteries replaced apparently under warranty. A local guy working as a mechanic for a VW dealership was telling me. You would have sleepless nights owning one of them electric VW Group cars when your out of warranty I can imagine.. Most of the materials sourced for batteries comes from central Africa and childlabour has a big part to play unfortunately.. They are still underdeveloped and there is lots of downsides we never seem to be told about them... Only the good. We are lead to believe they are the only way forward. But they are not the answer to everything..
  3. I think Toyotas current partnership with BMW will have a big part to play considering Toyota are also working hard on hydrogen powered cars.. Mazda have left the Ford partnership and are now with Toyota also...
  4. Agreed. They recon car dealerships will be littered with secondhand electric cars down the line. Uncertainty about car batteries lasting and expensive replacement batteries when warranties expire will have buyers very concerned over purchasing. New ones are too expensive.. I know petrol and diesel will be phased out in time.. But used electric cars may be a big problem.
  5. Any BLUE one..? πŸ€”πŸ˜
  6. It's kinda like the chocolate bars getting smaller, but still getting more expensive... Same with the models. Getting less, but getting more expensive... πŸ˜‚
  7. Was the A Fiat Winner expensive Cyril.. They are double what the first F130 was a few years back.. €80 upwards.
  8. Yeah.. Think I know of him. Have seen a few of his past displays.. Always pretty good by him.
  9. 7600s always had the larger bowl type filter. Not the cone shape. They should have badged it a 5600.. I spose Marge made the same mistake also with their 7610 Gen 1s years ago having the cone filter..
  10. Plenty Fritzmeiers in Holland I'm sure.. 😁 I could also see them probably doing an early 4600 Fieco cab... If the 4000 Fieco is being done.. It's a no brainier..
  11. Uncle has 5 tractors on a 140 acre dairy holding ranging from a NH T6080 down to a Ford 4000 on a yard scraper.. Plus a JCB teleporter..
  12. Looks like a black NH T6....
  13. If that Fritzmeier cab Ford 4600 really does happen.. All my prayers are answered. And a Fieco cap 4000 is an extra bonus. It seems too good to be true.. Fingers crossed.. Bring it on.. 😜
  14. Ohhh. Is this it. A Fritzmeier 4600..😍
  15. I will buy one in around 3 years time when the ass will fall out of these mad prices.... πŸ˜… Good things come to those who wait..
  16. You think that's bad Cyril.. You ain't seen nothing yet.. πŸ˜… The import charges on this were near €90...+ €24 postage. Now that's taking the piss... https://www.ebay.ie/itm/145573055020?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=5282-175127-2357-0&ssspo=A98xJnTOR12&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=TfpLkD11SD6&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  17. A tilage farmer by the name of John Kelleher from Killavullen.. He also has a tracked Fendt 900 Vario MT and a few 700 Series... The 1050 is a monster..
  18. You would have better visibility out the front of a steam train than over the bonnet of that MF.. πŸ˜… It's terrible..
  19. 55 Sterling... = €65 I spose. Pretty sure I payed less for a Schuco JD 4955 not long ago.. This ain't worth half that stated price..
  20. Smyths have a New Ray box set of a Newholland C9 combine, T7. 270 tractor & trailer, grain silo and a few more little bits for under €40.. Put that on a shelf opposite the Britains NH combine and see which moves the quickest in sales... It was not too long ago a UH C9 combine was between €90 to €100. Never tought I'd see a Britains push up to that price so quickly. Now I know the NewRay is a pure carpet farming toy.. But Britains are also.. A parent will steer the purchase obviously towards va New Ray or a bigger Bruder.. Britains have basically increased their prices by 100%+ in under 10 years. Who's wages have matched that??
  21. Britains are only shooting themselfs in the foot and making toys from the likes of New Ray and Bruder more attractive to a cash strapped parent in a toyshop. It's all about value for money. Maybe that's why Smyths Toys stopped selling Britains!!
