  1. Drawing round bales of silage with a bale pike on a Ford 4600 & plenty of wheelies... πŸ˜‚
  2. Very good series based on Agri Contractors around Ireland. Some of it is in the Irish language. But not all. Subtitles are there anyways for ye UK lads.. But worth a watch. https://www.tg4.ie/en/player/categories/top-documentaries/?series=Contractors&genre=Faisneis
  3. I see a JD 6830 with a Claas 2 rotor rake pass my house today. First grass machine I've seen this year.
  4. Must be making room for more 390s....!!!
  5. He has some nice boxsets Cyril and his cashing in on them. The boxes themselves are on great condition for their age. No wear and tear. It makes all the difference to their value.... But way outa my budget..!! πŸ˜‚
  6. I can go one better.. Boxsets are really up in value..
  7. They had their own little run too.. It was a good idea.. πŸ˜‚
  8. It's a mix of alot of things. Fordson Major rear end and a Ford 6 pot.. Possibly a Dorset 2715 engine.. The engine sub frame was made to suit as was the bonnet. Can't tell what the front axle is from.. Interesting tractor. Was my first time seeing it that day. Don't know it's owner.
  9. Some pics of the run here.. https://m.facebook.com/people/Ned-Tarrant-Memorial-Tractor-Run/100072368783146/
  10. A pics of the gear on the family farm.. All the tractors here took part. Except the 4000. The 4000 is after 2 restorations in past. It was my father's tractor during his time here.. On scraper duty's for the last 20 years now.. But it's here to stay. A T6080, TS115 & Fiat 85-90 are the farms workhorses..
  11. I only got pics of the classics.. Too many modern to snap.. 😊
  12. Went to the Ned Tarrant Tractor Run in Kilcorney today. Kilcorney is the area where the family farm is situated. Once run by my father in partnership with my uncle over 30 years ago. Now passed down to my cousin. It's about a 20 mile journey over Mushera mountain from Dripsey. So my brother Gavin got Cronin Agri T7. 270 & low loader. Loaded the 8210 and off we went. I then ran the 8210 on the run and Gav took the T7. 270.. We unloaded at farm and the run was starting very near. Over 160 tractors took part, both modern and vintage..
  13. As usual.. No purchase would be complete without a UH 300 Series Massey... πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  14. Did the Houthis hit the ship from China.. .? πŸ€”πŸ˜¬
  15. I'd prefer if it were die cast as would many others. I bought a Schuco Same Hercules last year and was dissatisfied with the resin. Quality ain't a patch on a die cast. Time will tell with the 8210..
  16. Yes. I'm 99% sure it's resin apparently and pricey at that, just like their classic Same & Lambo models. If your a Ford fanatic like myself, would probably bite the bullet and buy it. I've been waiting on an 8210 a long tíme.. 😬
  17. Has the 8210 been pushed out to 30th of June. Just came across this randomly.. πŸ˜•
  18. Different front axle Joe. Everything else is much the same. The engine and power rating is almost identical. Rear wheel variations are common between them. Front wheels are different.
  19. The Britains John Deere 4240 2wd is now available. Much the same as the Ertl 4440 realised a few years back. Only difference really is the air filter stack..
  20. With Britains and Replicagri already doing them. It's kinda pointless for Schuco to take them on.
  21. Have one of them. They are a fine model. One of my favourites in the collection.
  22. Surely this guy had a smaller tractor in his fleet for the job..
