  1. can the header be customized to fit different combines??
  2. the contractor that does ours uses a NH TM140 with loader mounted grays buckrake. contractor who uncle works for has 2 silage gangs. one uses a NH T7030 with fornt mounted buckrake. this also has supersteer to turn the buckrake which the driver says is an excellant feature. the other crew make use of a JCB 434
  3. This isnt something i saw but it was a story i heard. Wiltshire council have just bought 2 new tractor and hedgecutters so that they can cut all of the verges and hedges that they have to do without waiting for the person they use to get there. They were shipped and ready for work on a sunnier day when someone discovered that the contracor they use still has two years left on the contract that they agreed to. This story just made me laugh when i heard it and also made me realise that that is why the country is in such a state. we just make a decision, stick too it and dont look at the consequences.

  5. Went for a look around lackham collage adn learn about the different courses they do
  6. Been cleaning out calf pens today. it was quite hard work as i had to do it the old fashioned way with a wheelbarrow and prong.

  8. After a bit of chasing i saw: John Deere 6920s and 6430 New Holland 7050 All had grain trailers and were supporting a Claas Lexion 5?0 terra trac with 8 row maize header, hrvesting maize for crimping
  9. Was that person Russell Candy as i know that he has a trailer for his maize header

  13. well, after having a good look around i bought: Britaisn massey 7480 fuel tank ring feeder pack of pallets pack of round silage bales pallet load of cow food the last three were from Mandy and i must recommend

  15. muckspreading today with the 7610 and marshall spreader. now going to have a well earned rest after a day of slurry tanking yesterday. its goodto see more hours going on theclock though i suppose
  16. Pressure washing the milking parlour ready for inspection in 10 days. Another day tomorrow and my work will be done. then its just up to dad to was down properly \
  17. yes he has a 7030. the other two are another 7030 and a 6080. i have a feeling that the trailer that was tipped over might have been Mr bells son but im not too sure. it sounds right though if they were all laughing at him
  18. just a quick question. does anyone know of any good products that could be used to make starch marks on silage trailers after a long period of maize haulage. i will post a small picture somewhen of what i mean
  19. he does quite a lot of baling in the summer(normally over 20,000 bales) but he will take any job that comes (as long has he doesnt have to drive a mf)
  20. yeah, its bell. He is the man who runs all the masseys. used to be all nh but only 3 left now.
  21. my uncle, woh works for a bigish contractor in tetbury, has been on since the start of september but been rained off a lot recently.(judging by the forecast he will be again tomorrow)

  23. i think the answer is not much as this is the first good tractor for quite some time, by my calculations
  24. thunder and lightning in chippenham. home from school just in time. now got to comfort the dog. (and stop her eating my shoes in panic)
