Back to work today after 2 ploughing aka muck matches the last 2 days
Know what you mean Colm - mostly I been fencing and getting the forklift bogged.
-
Another great step by step, with an impressive end result. What an improvement.
-
Say goodbye to another rain forest now that you are in mass production mode.
-
Lost half a stone since Xmas as well just the other 5 to go
:D
:D
Will we recognise you at Spalding
-
Now isn't that strange - I changed it but it's reverted back...........
???
You just can't help being a pain, Mr F.
Sorted.

Like this bale handler attachment?
Cheers Barry - gotcha all now. I've seen similar made by Taylors (?) and I think it had a wire to the pivot point for self levelling as it didn't have a tilt/crowd ram like your pic.
-
Here you go...
Now on 2 pages!
-
Thanks all.
Bucket next then I guess
\
Good idea
Swing out sister!! That's ace, John
What is the back wieght made of by the way? Did you make a mould for some fine sand and cement or something?
Just plasticard, Tris with brass hooks, edges rounded and nicked here and there and painted with acrylic paint over a rough primer. One of Nigel Ford's pick up hitch bars.
no marky a perry bale handler for it mate, hes got bales to pick up after his 703 baler afterall
Anyone got any pics of one of those? Never seen them up here and Google doesn't really help.

Holly smoke John
:o
can you the keep this one as well or do they want it back
They have said it's not worth sending back, Pete but I'll wait until the replacement arrives before doing anything to this...
Blimey, I didn't realise at this price they were self assemble kits, John!!
:D
At least with SCALEdown you get instructions
do these models steer and linkage work or are they a shelf model only??
Pretty much a shelf model, as they arrive screwed to the display plinth.
Mine was fairly well packed in a massive box, number 77
It was in a huge outer box with next to no packing so it was bouncing around like a pea in a whistle.
...it was No 91

Lost all my numbers when I rebooted my Nokia
But you're bound to have a backup on your PC, yes? yes?
-
It doesn't look so bad in the pics Sean, I suppose it depends on the lighting too.
Thanks Beginner.
looks great mate
;) is it brass ??
Thanks. Mainly plasticard to form the box sections, but rams and twiddly bits are brass.

Well the paint dried so I fitted this today. Still some detailing to do, latches, release cable etc. Now just got to make more attachments.
Genuine MF red doesn't match UH red, no matter what colour primer I use.
-
Coming together now Sean - looks very well
-
Very intricate piece of work - superb
-
I can never get my head round the Valtra numbering, but that looks very smart.

Another nice job - very tasty.

Marky sent me some brochures the other day, and it's been a cr*ppy day here, so had a shot at a MF40 loader this afternoon.
