Can anyone get me some pics of dirty tractors... I never let mine get dirty
:D
Nah! Can't help you there
Looks pretty good though - I like the wet oil round the manifold and air cleaner - maybe a couple of dings in the nose too
-
Can relax and enjoy Christmas now!
I bet you can. Very pleased to hear that.

Great work John - isn't that the same MF that you have in your stone barn
Hell, you don't miss a trick, Colm
I suppose if it's recognisable it can't be too bad.
That's how I got accurate measurements and decent photos.

Smart bit of work
Really captured the look of the 78.

Aawww! I do like a happy ending - brilliant.
How about the return journey?
-
You can come and do my hedges Stevo - lovely job
-
Blimey that's another good one, Nash. My neighbour has one and that looks pretty bloomin' close to it.

I don't think you'd get enough strength in your hand to cut it John. Seriously, this stuff is hard for something only 2mm thick.
I cut 2mm brass sheet - but you do get handache after a while
;D

I don't cut all that much brass but use a 'Goscut' which I've had for years & years! It's like two anvils with a blade that cuts down the middle, basically cutting a strip about 1mm wide out. Easy to keep straight, and to a line and has narrow blades to cut curves. Not made anymore I don't think, but the odd one turns up on Ebay. Only pic I can find is here http://vads.ahds.ac.uk/diad/bres/pub/COID/241/62.jpg Priced 37/6d

I'm out already at that money.... I can't justify that on a 1:64 model
:o
Pity the £ has gone pearshaped too.

Looking really well and FWIW I reckon you should keep her 'showroom' after all the time you've spent
-
I go for the no chopper vote too - especially as you have such a choice of neat balers to follow it with.
-
Simply brilliant - I thought I had a fair bit of patience but I would never get that far.
-
True, Marcus.
That would be classed as great wheat establishment up here!
-
Looking really well there Johnny
It will do her good to have a little bit of hard work.
-
I agree with the 'fantastic' comment - that is a superb scratchbuild.

Been out in rain all morning - I can feel a whole afternoon in the workshop coming on
-
Another job to add to my list then Ad :'( :'( :'( - I've missed about 30 calls this morning... everytime I go to type out a post the bloody phone rings
NOTE TO SELF: Don't get a real job as it interferes with your FTF time
Ah! The joys of staff
Mind you, when you're a one man band there's nobody else to blame.

Hiding from the wind and sleet - giving MS Office Accounts a try. Anyone else using it?
-
Not a fan of buyers commission - especially 20% + vat
:o

I have one on order too, but my dealer tells me they are sold out now.

That looks very realistic - after a drive back to the farm on the road, type look.![:D](//dmikppnxtkspw.cloudfront.net/emoticons/default_biggrin.png)
