As i said its an imported tractor if you look at the registration plate so hs a continental style hitch fitted and the holes relate to that. Maybe one of our foreign members can explain more about it

No probs mate, the first tractor i drove on the farm when i left school was a Y reg bubble cabbed 6610, loved that tractor, still has under 5000 hours on it now

Yes it was picking up some machines, Charlie does export stuff all over the place, at one time a lot went to Cyprus and Ireland. The yard is near me here in Dereham

The loaders are great fun and quite nippy. The site we're on there only has four sheds and is one of the older smaller sites, a lot of them are on old WWII airfields and some are quite grotty but the sheds are kept in good condition. Alot of the sites very clean and in good condition and as Ben said there are a lot worse than this one and not just Matthews ones either.

No problems Marky, i love having a root about Charlies yard, never know what might be in there, about 30-40 tractors and no end of implements at the minute

Took some pictures yesterday at work while we were mucking out one of Bernard Matthews sites. The loader is a Wiedemann 1490 with a toe tip bucket and the lorry is a Volvo FM12
