  1. I was going to say that, i would guess that like a lot of smaller companies they rely on the bigger ones to provide the machines to do the job required as i know TBG are a large concern with one of my mates having done contract work for them in the past. Have you seen their trailed parsnip harvester yet :o
  2. well the first bit of this annoyed me but- a puncture in my trailer tyre out on site, small stone in it so i prised it out and left a screwdriver in the hole, tyre fitter comes out and looks round the trailer for a puncture then asks me which tyre, i just said 'erm how about the one with the screwdriver sticking out of it?' : :D :D
  3. Yes they do Martin but its just the size of the things, you've got to have driven one to know just how awkward they can be
  4. Yeah, what you can't see on the pictures though is the big one on the inside of the rear wheel centres as well. Believe me Martin, they may look and sound good but they are as clumsy and cumbersome as hell to drive \
  5. We have also had a farmer carting with us with this old bus, just can't beat these old girls for sheer grunt and sound
  6. Took some more pictures today whilst mucking out breeding sheds which are straw houses, first up my Wiedemann which some fool let me loose on and my colleague tipping a load in my trailer

  11. Well sorry to disagree with all of you but my MF 200 trailer did come to me with silage sides on as well when it was given to me as a present many years ago so they must have existed somewhere at sometime
  12. Not so much seen but heard, Phill telling me that him and ice skating don't go together well, strange for a penguin : :D :D
  13. maybe monday the 13th has the same effect as friday the 13th : :D :D
  14. surprised you can remember that long ago we don't have access to sawdust and granules are easier but as we didn't have any i went and dug some sand out of a bank in the yard :D
  15. Doing an oil change on my tractor, firstly the oil misses the drain can and i get instant slick on the workshop floor, second i drop the drain plug in the drain can, third- oh sh!t, the can isn't big enough and voila more flooding of the workshop floor due to plug being in bottom of can and me not being able to get a 2nd can quick enough, then i find out that we have run out of spill granules both in the workshop and the farm supplies side of the firm and finally the filter gasket breaks up and have to try and find a new one
