  1. Got a well over due hair cut. Just heading out in to the garden to start making an extra veg plot for next year. Will get a load of dung from a friend to sit on it over the winter and will dig it in the spring of the year, believe it or not i dont eat much veg, but handy for soup and mum eats alot. Also give some to my neighbour's and that. I enjoy growing them, take my mind of things and give me a wee break from the models )

Thanks so much Paul, you are one of few who has seen my work first hand, so thanks for the compliment bud, reason i havent posted anything for a while is got a new mobile, as you know i use it for everything but cant stop it from trying to upload my 5000 photos to photobucket, so worked out how to just post them straight from my mobile to here, so should be a few more pics from now on :-D
  4. Thanks James, first time doing an NC, plenty of research done first, been asked by a falla today who works for NC to build him two of their newer shape 14 tons with up and over door, so look forward to the challenge doing them when i get time to do them
  5. Thanks very much mark, i make all my trailers with detachable side unless someone says otherwise then i will just leave it with solid sides
  6. Cheers chris, biggest silage trailer i have done, but turned out nice i think, i good few other trailers on the list to get made
  7. Two 18 ton NC silage/grain trailers, rear door splits like the real one. Has the grain part at the top when the silage sides are on then moves down when for grain door when they are off, boggie axles, telescopic rams, all pipes added, just waiting on wheels etc to come for the blue one, then they will be shipped to ireland
  8. going to one of my group meetings through my support worker, doing my level 4 working with others, passed my level 3 earlier in the year, this time I am doing it on my scratch building and converting of my models, so really enjoying it, iknow it ain't a massive qualification, but it will help for when I get back in to work because I would lyk to work with people who suffer from depression lyk myself

  11. got an 8x6 greenhouse moved from my house to my dad's, so staying at his now till Monday, old sod has had me worried sick tonight, him and his girlfriend went along to the caravan park where they used to stay at 7 like they do.every Sat night, Dad drives, that's them just in the door at quarter past 4, they decided to go to someone they knew caravan and the drinks were flowing, poor Dad couldn't have a drink with havn to drive though, I was checking the police page on Facebook to.make sure there was no crashes, now iknow how him and my mum felt when I used to roll in the door when the sun was coming up ha ha!

  14. stayed at my dad's last night and woke up at half 5 this morning, waitd to he was up and went to work collecting the dead stock with him today, get some looks off holidays makers this time of year when you drive past and the can smell the stuff in the back ha ha!, got back and made a start to building his new garden shed

  17. no don't have a work bench yet Paul, cleared the coffee table lyk you said ha ha!, New shed will be up in the summer so will have a work bench then ha ha!

Britain's jd 6150r removed front a frame and cut chassis right down to the bonnet, mounting a weight frame and New style weight block, New beacons added and wheels will be getting the usual treatment with some jd yellow till I get some suitable New wheels, also 16 ton Herron grain/silage trailer, Griffiths 14 ton grain trailer, just waiting on plastic and wheels for them, to get them finished, there will also be a siku 8360r getting a few tweaks
  21. more great work Brendan, always look forward to more pictures being posted on the topic, what size of wood are you using for the beams, I have a router at home I have never used, but you way will be alot cheaper than plastic, I'm building a new 12x6 shed in the summer(real one) for building my models in and I am planning on building a display in it too, so you idea for beams looks the best bud )
  22. second time I've had something free Paul, was a Keenan wagon the last time and a John Deere, both had bits broke, but soon fixed them ;-)
