  1. Weather stopping play Smithy but at least you made a start..... Couldn't help but noticed the old Leyland in the last photo of your baling post sat by the shed...
  2. Cracker of a hedging outfit with the Leyland/Econ mid mount John, every credit to you 😉
  3. Good to see you giving Jasmine a bit of tuition Smithy, be handy with her on trailer work for harvest 👍
  4. A good send off Smithy.. I'm sure he'd have been happy to see everyone turn out for his last journey
  5. Read somewhere that they had sold 140000 tickets over the 4 days Mike... Looks like you had a bit of decent weather though 👍
  6. Unknown to us we were caught on camera leaving Goosnargh and Longridge show on Saturday by good friend Andy Monks received_607664954680730.mp4
  7. Great work again John... Hats off to you for keep pulling surprises out if the bag 🙂
  8. Aye we did ok and didn't get to wet, though came a good downpour when we got back to shed and were getting unloaded. Was a good turnout though
  9. No bother James, to be fair it was first time we had been and didn't know what to expect but was a great supported show and plenty to see, we didn't look at it all but is certainly worth a return visit 👍
  10. Good day yesterday and first time we've ever had all 3 tractors out at a show...the 465 isn't a big load for the 472 but she did good on the roads, just dropping a gear on the climbs, would say it's the first time she's had any weight behind her since she got parked up about 15 years ago before getting rescued by the fella I bought it off.. all in all it was a good day and she still looks well in the sunshine
  11. Been at Goosnargh and Longridge show today with Gemma and our 3 tractors, along with John Dewhurst and his son Matt and their 8340 and 802 respectively, good turn out of tractors and a few photos
  12. Had an hour up at the yard giving tractors a quick wipe over and then loaded the 465 up ready for tomorrow and Goosnargh and Longridge show... Hoping the forecast is wrong and the worst of the rain and thunder showers pass us but somehow think we'll get wet at some point tomorrow
  13. You can't beat a cabless tractor when the weather's good Smithy... Looks like you had a good run though 👍
  14. Well worth a look John, was definitely more trucks than owt else but was good to see a couple of tractors that weren't represented at Newby... Jury still out on that Cummins powered 7610 but to be fair was a tidy job.....
  15. Cheers for looking... It's a great show maybes could only be better with a working area but other than that it were a reet do 👍
