  3. very nice!! its such a shame they dont make these anymore
  4. no pics two levers for the back actor, it looked simlar to cab on those pics but door was hinged and back of roof cut away may have been modified by previous owners.
  5. the door was hinged on the front pillar. i did drive it very reliable terrible on the road you couldnt go more than a few mph it was so heavy on the back it would get a wobble on you just couldnt keep it straight otherwise fantastic machine. ive driven newer ford and MF diggers but they seemed so behind on build quality and performance compared to that machine.
  6. this one had a folding door on the left but a weird roof arrangement at the back a piece cut out about a foot from the back. i think it was a C plate which would of made it 1963?
  7. the farm where my father worked had a Major based 3c got 2nd hand in 1976 still used it until they sold up in mid 90s paid for itself over and over. only problem was water pump and fan belt took some changing thats why when you buy genuine JCB fan belts you get 2 one to put on the other to tie up ready to drop on when its needed i think this is still JCB practice on some machines.
  8. thats nice to see MB TRACS still working 15+ years after Merc stopped making them, will they ever die?
  9. Some pictures of a TM155 i used to drive not everyones favourite but i enjoyed every minute spent with this machine you can't get more British than this!
  10. looking through some old photos of where i used to work. After harvest we used to take the wheels off our New Holland 8070 and put them onto our Ford 6600 for rolling, fert spreading make the most of an idle machine.

  18. GTA toolcarrier? no rear platform but larger dia front wheels than smaller toolcarriers
  19. fendt has long tradition of building toolcarriers but the xylon was originally but to fill the gap left when the mb trac was ceased. i have seen a fair few here, fendt stopped making them 2yrs ago along with the toolcarrier something to do with AGCO takeover.
