    Terra-gator 2104

Happend to stumble across this beast today after taking a wrong turning. Looked to be spreading slag on some rather wet grassland, hence the wooden planks around the loading area. Was being loaded up by a Komatsu PC 160 360 excavator painted in the same colours as the terra-gator unfortunately the camera died on me and I never managed to get a pic of that :'( :'( :'(
  9. It is, wouldn't fit where it normally is due to the boom of the hedge cutter ;) Cheers Martin
  10. Sorry TBF, I've run out of Zetors :D :D Cheers D-E, Yes the oil res etc would all have to be moved over to the right, so to help counter balance the boom I would of thought. Wheel weights are on the way ;) Cheers Marcus, you never know where you'll find a hedge Marcus, this was found on the open cast ;) I added the hedge cutter and the likes. The beacon, SMV and UH wheels where already on it when I bought it off ebay though Unfortunately the hedge trimmer is stuck solid where it is, couldn't be bothered to screw it , so will have to go and buy a new Massey for silage carting this year. I don't think there is any bigger heads for it no, could do with one though as it's a little small \ \
  11. Heres a little something I knocked up last night and this morning. I've been meaning to do one for a while now, but couldn't decide which tractor to mount it on Anyway it's a Britains Massey Ferguson 6290 with a few little extras a like UH wheels, beacon, SMV triangle and front cradle for hedge cutter head. The hedge cutter itself is a UH SMA Puma 2050 with the boom section and the slewing rams mounted on the side and the base, oil reservoir etc mounted on the rear. Just added a few hoses to that, thats all ;D ;D
  12. Titty pink rims, god it would look good. Could even put some of them chrome spinners on it so it matches every other vehicle in America :D :D :

  16. You can't beat the good old conventional baling, the amount of laughs you get when stacking trailers, barns etc is second to none. Launching the little light bales to the back of the barn and throwing the big heavy buggers at peoples heads is brill :D :D We run quite a big operation with the little bales (it seems like it at the end of each day ) We make about 12-15,000 a year that's including the contracts we go on. Last year we mowed with 2 Taarup 306 disc mowers on the Case 5130 and Ford 7740, closely followed by the MF 6180 and Kuhn 8 rotor tedder. We ted most of our hay 6 or 7 times before it is baled and can normally get it ready for baling in 36 hours providing we have some good weather. Rowing up is still done by 2 PZ haybobs on a Case 956XL and Ford 7740 (we really need a rake ). Baling is then done with the Case 5130, Welger AP630 and cooks sledge sometimes drafting in a mate with his New Holland 7840, NH baler and cooks sledge but if the weather is really setting in like it did last year we get another chap in with his NH TS 115, International baler and browns sledge. We had alot of hay down last year and thunder storms where forecast the next day, hence why we had 3 baling luckily it's not a regular occurrence as it was impossible keeping up with them. Stacking is done with the Matbro Teleram and flat 8 grab and sometimes the Ford 7740 with Quicke loader and flat 8 grab. We use all the flat trailers come hay making time which is about 8 I think including the big 40ft artics, we also borrow 3 or 4 proper twin axle trailers specced for the road, as about 3000+ bales are sold straight out the field to horsey folk up to 60 miles away. I'd say we made 11,000 bales last year, the other on contract. All get stacked up in our 3 barns, 2 or which are actually next to the group of fields we bale the other is at the farm itself. That's wasted half an hour, time for tea :D :D :D
  17. Great work Rob ;) Like everyone says how much Might add one to the little order of mine if it's alright ???
