  2. hi marcus i used bendy ply which is just screwed to a framework of timber and i screwed it down to plywood for the base i think the earth effect just turned out ok more luck than jugement i used a black scatter to try and get an asphelt base like the hot roll you see in the road.as the name is the farm is set in a hole and the clamps are dug into the bank well that is the effect i am trying to get ;)
  3. Just made earthwalled silage clamps just got to detail the sleeper wall through the middle. Started some detailing but some of you boys make it look easier. :) Any questions fire away

  5. I've knocked carpentry on the head Marky and am now driving artics for BOC delivering just food to Marks and Spencers shops and garages. Start early and finish early. Sharon says every bit of spare time I have I am modelling. ;D

  7. Done a few more bits for Frogshole Farm. Made an old oast house, the farm use to grow hops years ago and the roundel that was used for drying the hops has now got a circular grain bin in it. Done two covered cattle yards for the milking cows. A straw barn in between the cattle yards and the old stables that's now used for rearing calves.

  13. the hay bob is the britains lely hay turner shortened with the tipping ram off the old britains trailer early style as the handle to adjust the tines the baler i just put string box on the back pto shaft feeder needles gear on top drawbar jack so it sits level and put two spools of string on pick up and the flat eight i just added tines and hose think thats it just need them on the diorama so thought i would show them to you peoples ;)

  15. I know this won't be up to the standards of some of your conversions. Especially the spraying. But this is my take on the small massey baler and a haybob, flat 8 grab and a mower.

  18. hi ben i made them fella i dont think you can see it from pics there is also a copy of farmers weekly on desk and the chair is cut from the britains garden swing
  19. thanks tris you are back now then fella the farm is going to be organic i know it is a bit hug the tree but there we go so yeilds will not be that good but we will have some grain but mainnly dairy. hi jez in the real world that loft would have been above old parlour but i cut it back so i can show dairy off a bit just got to do itbut i will do a hand rail many thanks
  20. It's not much in the scheme of things I know but I have put a bit more in the dairy office and finished off the vaccum line to the parlour. :)
  21. thanks for comments there will will be old and new buildings the red frame buildings are sixtys built where dairy and office are is the old parlour ,where parlour is now is where cows used to sleep the other peice is old collecting yard and hay barn, know we have gone all modern put the grey frame barn up and put things where they are know got to increase herd size to try and keep up with the changes.i must admit i do like the masseys to fellas ;D
