  1. They are great pics, The best so far. Is that the front door mat by any chance?? :) No its outside positive it is.
  2. Iam already using 12v James Through a hornby train transformer and its running 14 lights altogether, It also acts as a dimmer and they might be to much for one tran's. I did think about another one but I will wait till I get back over to the uk when I start over again. Thanks for that.
  3. Well put my last light into the workshop, Some how I don't think one is going to do. It is brighter than it looks honest, Ha I know I wanted to get the old and rough look but it helps if you can see what you are fixing.I want two lights inside and one on the outside. It looks as if I will have to head down to the hobby shop I'll show you's what I mean
  4. Thanks for that Deere-est, Iv'e just been looking at FB's shed it looks great, Iv'e had a look and I have only one light left I was going to put it on the outside of the building like the rest but since its the workshop Ia'm going to take your advice and put it inside.
  5. That looks great FB and the lights set it off even more, You and smallclass are the best at building them sheds. Just GREAT!!!!. What have you got down for the floor??.
  6. You could be right Ricky :D
  7. Thanks for all the comments, If I have got time this weekend I might try and put it on a board. Ia'm trying to use up all of the wood I have because the removal guy said that any wood that has not been treated or painted can not go because of any eggs that may have been layed in it. So it's a good excuss to make more stuff. I dont understand that if the eggs are in the wood already what difference is painting it going to!!!. Does the paint kill them off or does it seal the wood. He wasn't too sure either.
  8. Well here it is, I just got it finished tonight. I still think there is a few little bits still to do; door handles, put the whole shed on a board and work on putting a pit in and I might try and put a self on the lefthand side. The doors do slide but they dont just meet in the middle, But what the hell. Ive tried and made it old and rough looking ie; old dark brick and the dirty marks on the doors. Well hear goes.
  9. They were cheap for what you get eh, A bit of paint on them and they will look even better Bjorn. They are just what I need for my workshop. Will have to look out for them.
  10. Thats a good one Bjorn I like the oxy bottle and the other tools are they scalextric or scx??. Iv'e made my workshop a bit small to get the forager in mine, Never mind good excuse to make a bigger one next time. Cheers Bjorn.
  11. Thanks mjb I'll be on the look out. I am paying extra for armed gaurds to go with the container :D :D :D :D
  12. Year guys The tools was in the pits shed as well as the vice and the orange cupboard. The chains came with a 1;25 kit towing truck if I remember righr it was a red sciana six wheeler. And the rest was from one of them cheap farm sets. Yes smallclass its all going in a container, Its going Ikea style flat packed.
  13. I wish you guys would stop giving me idea's for making more buildings, Ia'm supposed to be packing it all up.This is what I have come up with a workshop. I only had two hours before my 2 year old woke up and found me in the shed and started to play with the sharp things. I plan on trying to put some sliding doors on it and give it a spash of paint. I borrowed the tools from the scalextric box and I thought the eclipse tin would make a tin cupboard, The chain is going to be the block and tackle, I would like to put a pit in but I'll wait till I get back to the uk before I do that one. Some people might say I will need a pit if I've got blue tractors :D I will send photos when its finished.
  14. Thanks for that deeredriver I've spent loads of dollars on brickpaper on my display over the months building it.
  15. Thanks for all the good comments, I might be doing that to the loft old ford if there's not much space in the next house, Or I might have to take up on Deere-est's offer :D :D modified your post Richie, for some reason your cheesy smiles didnt work \
  16. Well Yes mjb 1 Iam trying not to think about that yet, The sheds are just nailed together with small tacs so they will come apart easy, All of the models have boxes. Its just the board that is being left behind I have another one in the uk. I have also 25 1;24 plastic kit rally cars to pack as well, And all of them is heading across the water in a container. Thats the next job FB putting lights inside all of the sheds, Can't wait to see yours when finished.
  17. Well here goes FB, I found the right button and here are some early evening shots with the lights on. Some of the pictures are a bit out of focus tried 3 -4 times to get it right but these are the best ones I got .
  18. Yes I was thinking about that,Putting a auger between there and the drier shed but I'll might do that once Iget back to the uk.
  19. I'll have a go FB but I've tried it before and I'am sure I can't switch the bloody flash off on this cheap camera but I'll have another go just for you.
  20. And one with the lid up.
  21. Well here it is, The shed finished ish!! I still have to put the brickpaper on the inside I had two bits left and when I went to get some more they had none left and it could take 2 months to get some more in. They said they would have to wait till they get more orders in for brickpaper to make it worth ordering (uh). I put some hinges on one side of the roof and what trouble I had to find some thing to fill in the gap, Because of the hinges I had to have a half inch gap along the top of the roof and to fill in the gap I had too find something that was flexable and thin when I opened the roof so it would bend, I ended up using shade cloth (yes I know) It hasn't turned out as good as I hoped but it will be all taken apart soon and I might improve it once I get back to the uk. Cheers
  22. The walls and sides I used 6mm and the roof 3mm Yep at the farm I used to work at the sheds there were all atcost and thats why I seem to keep making that shape.
  23. Well the last time I sent in some pics of my farm I said it would be the last time for a while because I was packing up and moving back to the uk, I still Iam but it looks as if it is not going to be till August, September. So I thought I would build a nother shed with the spare mdf I had left. I know its not as good as the ones u guys do, haven't got the skill and expertise for that. I got a bit carried away with my sums abit so I had to lift all of the secenery hills and trees up so it would fit. Iam going to fit some sort of hinges on the roof so I can get in to it and put some sky lights in. Will send in pics when done.
