    Stick with option 1, looks spot on for a 500 series to me, nice work. I'm with the others, nice to see another JD bite the dust.

    MF 135 for sheer nostalgia, learn't to drive on one. MF 6180 for every day use.

    Paint the clear parts with Johnsons "Klear" polish before using superglues,not only gives an extra sparkle to the glass ,but also stops the glue fogging it up.
