  1. hi there, just wondering has anybody tried to put mf 8690 wheels on a mf 7499 . any help would be great. cheers nathan
  2. very enjoyable to watch .could do with that sort of program in the uk.you see train model programs on sky so why not model tractors . could that be the next step of our hobby who knows. i can see it now. The farm toys channel. that would drive the wifes/girlfriends nuts .
  3. agree with sean there, at lease parker wasn't giving the ball away and he got taken off . its funny when the media hype it up then we lose. we do alot better when the media say we don't stand a chance. we still have the footie at the games soon lets hope we do abit better there.
  4. kane tipper trailor it was too cheap to pass youp.
  5. i hope they do that combine in case colours. but do think i will get the NH one depending on the price
  6. any news on the case 5140 and the other mf's . its strange to be waiting for models from uh
  7. wouldn't blame you for that mate i think i have a few of them in the loft too. i thought it was only the 8 wheeler that hard to get hold of in dealer box and you still see a fe of them about.
  8. theres been a few posts about getting stuff cast and members say dave twose is your man.
  9. love ron greets , i think riverford farm have had most of the ford stuff as they run loads of them. i will be picking up some of these fords 2 for the shelf and 3 for changing the axles on the 5000 7000 and 7600 . hope they fit .
  10. hope so it was getting a bit dull. not long now
  11. i had a look at my mates 600 next to his 535. i didn't know how much different they are from each other. 600 knocks spots off the 535 but the only downfall see on the 600 is the front grill. it has a decal for the lights. i would get one
  12. what a shame , it would have looked great in one. great model tho , been looking at these 7810's for a while now thinking i will get the other now.
  13. uh silver ford 7810 as there was one on the college farm when i went to bicton. was these models ever done in a dealer box
  14. nice work mate. a mate of mine used the cat versions base as the header moves up and down on that one. shame they never used the same base for the claas.
  15. i think you just twist and pull like most others .
  16. its more to do with packing out between the wheel and the end of the tractor axle .i used on my 1056xl some hollow tube to pack the back axle out. , front was simple as it screws on but i used washers to pack the back of the wheel out to make it a bit stronger. dave twose is where i got mine . seeing that ford has got me wanting one now
  17. will be waiting for westpoint plus have the kids and i've done that before and never again
  18. we are 6 months in to the year now and not much has come out of the UH camp so far . they usually bang them out left right and centre.as the list at the start of the year was a bit long , i think they need to get their skates on don't they.
  19. shortning them is easy mate, just cut out that extra bit of panel behind the exhaust and in front of th cab.then cut the engine part out . best to cut with a dremal mate or a very good hack saw and a stead hand. do love your build , great work.
  20. well they came up trumps with the 956/1056's , so i can see them doing the same with these fords.the 5000/7000/7600 were ok just the front steering was the main gripe if i remember correctly and it looks like that has been sorted from the pictures i've seen. would be nice to see a revamped mf 595 /ford 7710 too, and a revamped JD3350 would be good too.would be intresting to know why they don't do more implempments . i'm glad to see britains have turned it up a peg or two and may it continue.
