Well time for another update After my fun day ploughing that's all i was aloud to do (not a happy bunny)so back too the trimming no major probs so far apart from a main rotor bearing gone The mxu still going strong 50 hrs off 4200 so another service due by the end of the week .Still the last three days have been fun had a trimming buddy good job too we had about 2 miles verge,road side hedge and top to do not bad for three days work .But there were a few trees in the way i counted up yesterday i went around 90 and to prove it i have the pics There were 50 trees in this section my buddy

Well the old girl had another big birthday on monday.And still going very well so hopeing too have about 4300 hrs on her by christmas

That's why it's called continuous ploughing

Shame it get's dark so early now i had the xtx 200 join me with an identical plough and the pics didn't come out to well

came across this old girl working in a boat yard today the owner paid 10 grand for her five years ago

It was a very expensive area owner said that there was over 3 million pounds worth of boats

Well back on the trimmer for a couple of days still got some silage and linseed to do hopefully this weekend Today i ended up in the middle of oxford trimming going down getting there

The mxu is about 140 hp but when the power boost comes in (only when using the pto and top gear) she goes up to 180 that's why she does the round bailing unstopable up hills

Today i have been mostly going up and down and blowing a few cobwebs out of the mxu been a few years since i have ploughed and after all the jokes from the rest of the lads about my dinky toy (mxu) she pulled like a train and pulled the plough at full width (20 inch)
