  3. are you sure it wasnt a 6mtr convo, never herd of a 8mtr my slef i know there is a way to chop the prosol down to 3 mtrs
  4. I know its a "Row crop" bonnet but why can other makers have thje same hp under a bonnet half the legnth and can still see the same? a narrow long bonnet is horrid for silage stacking,
  5. slightly off topic here but, i drive jds most days i currently hire a 6810 and drive a 6920 mainly, i jumped in the 8420 to move it last night and i couldnt help but notice how long skiny and ugly there bonnets are from the cab, realy dont like them now, if i was buying in that HP area id be looking fendt or valtra, point of this story, the operator has to like the view from the top to be happy and do a nice job, other wise they are distracted
  6. I just did a spred on my barely paddock of 4 t /acre sweeten it up for the grass, you folks must have lumpy lime, we dont change any thing other than the spred rate in a older Classic tractor mag there is a outfit in aussie that spreads lime with Mb tracs, might be of some help for you

  8. looks like a 7930 sleept with the new claas xerion and this is the off spring, deere are going backwards in operator comfort and looks in my eyes, and im a bambi man

Nice machines FM, one tip for the NH, take the front axle oil and hub oil out and put 90 gear oil in, dont use the CNH water, we have the case verson of your tractor it it chewd its crown wheel and pinion out just short of 3000,hrs, been 3 others at the dealers since we did ours. hope shes a good yoak for you mate

  11. There was a UNITEL in classic tractor a year or more ago mounted on a old inter, 0nly 800ish hrs on the clock... i wonder why, was mounted on the bonnet, couldnt see any thing realy, ill try find the issue number for the mag
  12. There is a company over here that has these mounted on bush rigged fendt 930,s with front blades, very very cool machines very very nice build id love one of them 8)

  14. I cant read frech but im sure it says its 1:32 and comes with 2 buckets and a grab, heres hopeing it also has a quick hitch, would love a tracked version but this is on the shopping list

  19. Nice idea paul, simple and effective, good thing about the streched canvis is it asorbs the flash so you dont get the shine like bills seams to ( not been cruel bill)

Thanks guys, @ will, we have allways used tractors, my old boy did it with bulldozers, we now have started to use diggers and wheel loaders, for years wheel loaders have just been for dirt work, they are starting to take over stacks but a tractor is alot more stable, and any one can handle a tractor on a stack over a wheel loader Ohh yeah will, that mower is a Jaguar, not a cougar, they have 5 mowers ;) @mjb the sun has gone south for the week im sad to say, so no i cant send it over
  22. Me god, photobucket worked fine, 1st time for a long time.... The best mowing picture i have yet out with the old, in with the new our second rake tractor, wasnt on the same job as the other pictures The 8420 on my 2nd to last stack, i wasnt driving, i had parked up thats all for now folks

Thanks guys, yeah rear mounted rakes, i have front links on the 81 but they are just for looks i think, hasnt got plumbing for toplink or push off not very long runs, well they are but its steep hill country so its a challange to mow im fighting with PB to upload some more for you boys i had the rake driver in on the stack when i ttok the pics, didnt take any of those stacks, i have some pics from other jobs will we just did 120ha, next job is 220ha so we do some jobs, the next stack i will have pics off as she wil be a monster pile of grass I stack thats all i do
