  3. Nice plough for my Claas MT85. So how about Claas green as a colour?
  4. It'll be intresting to see how many Cougars to eventually sell. It reminds me of a conversation I had with a local contractor about 15 years ago! I was talking about the Claas Jag, he said it'll never catch on to big and heavy for the small fields, 15 years later the same guy has a BigM and two Claas jags! I reminded him of what he said, his reply well you've got to move with what the farmer wants!
  5. That guy has one hell of a collection for someone that has been only collecting for 10 years. Like his layout alot!
  6. Looking forward to seeing the pics NH2.
  7. Got it in a local art shop here in my home town of Cavan. Most likely a good few miles from where you live TM810!
  8. It's not bad stuff FP, it keeps it's shape and allows cutting without damaging the shape of the corrugations. I hope to start a few projects using it soon.
  9. Just got these sheets of Corugated material today not bad at ?1.75 for a 2X1foot sheet. available in several colours and just the right scale for 1/32 modelling. Only downside it's made from card. But it'll be great for cladding buildings. If anyone wants some it's available in most artist supply shops.
  10. Very nice deere-est, giving me itchy fingers to get back to doing a bit of building.
  11. Very nice sparrowlegs, it's nice to see convos that represent tracs that are at work in the real world especially when there your own.
  12. Very nice FP good conversions, judging by the bits and pieces on your work bench your busy.
  13. L :oks good Sparrowlegs, Well made and thought out layout, some nice machinery in your display, very nice
  14. Why not varnish the bales and while still wet dip them into fine wood chips (sawdust) they should look ok. What size of timber do you use for the bales?
  15. Not bad, a bit of potential there for 2 quid. What would it be worth with a tidy up and paint job?
  16. Hope you have good House contents insurance Kentman! Very nice display, very nice
  17. That's one hell of a well finished model, well done Rick, keep us updated post a few more pics of diff angles
  18. Hi Civilpek great pics of your maize outfit, will you be replacing your Claas Jag with a Krone BigX for the 2006 season?
  19. It's great to see a farm layout from the US, was in the US a few year back and visited a few feedlots while I was there. They are some operation. Once again TOG nice work!
  20. I agree Civilpek, I have four 6290s in my 1/32 outfit and hope to replace them soon. I believe UH are going to bring out the 7480 later this year or early next year, here's hoping. I have two 8280s try the Siku Farmer plus series if you want a more detailed model I have the 8270 from the Farmer plus range and the extra detail on it ain't bad, maybe a bit of a over the power machine for hauling silage trailers but what the heck!
  21. I agree TOG I'm looking forward to finishing the small things like the foliage and roadways, fencing and the other buildings. Are you in modelling club TOG?
