Hauled my Massey combo through the local town today to get to the hill to collect some bales and got a wave from a nice woman bus driver who obviosuly appreciates that it ain't easy negotiating narrow streets with my Massey and trailer......
No no no she was waving to say "look at the side of my car.. you.. you.... menace you!"

The info sheet in the window said it had been parked up in a barn in Huddersfield for 10 years waiting for enough snow, eventually the owner got fed up of waiting, put a new battery on the tractor and it started first time

There had been an auction the day before and this was still awaiting collection
Then something I had not seen before, Massey Ferguson 37 multi power

Collections and Dioramas

Odds and sods
Not a tractor but the only one in its class so it made me laugh and probably the only thing I am safe to drive
:D

Some of the Ford based tractors
V8 diesel Major
-
These can loosely be described as tractors, they bear more resemblance to "funny cars"
-
I seem to remember that somebody on here is building a Ford 3000
Can't remember what this one is

The sign on this Jones Baler said that he had bought it at auction and the only other bidder was a scrap man

I believe that this was a Mercedes
One of the few "classic" Internationals there
A couple of green ones
This is another that has featured in Classic Tractor, its smaller brother, the 500, was alongside it
-
This was an unusual Massey
Just for Bill, I don't know how this compares to yours but it was immaculate
-
There were other blues there as well
Even Fergies come in blue occasionally
;D
-
Didn't get the story with this one but I think it had won a few trophys
Zetor were also represented
I am sure that this one has been featured in Classic Tractor and is the only one in the UK

Just got back from the show and took over 70 photos, don't worry I won't post them all.....at least not all in one go anyway
;)
;)
The theme for the show was Massey Ferguson (should keep 'is Lordship happy) but there were plenty of others there as well.
I'll start with a couple of interior shots
lineup of the MF 500 series
and from the other side
-
Yes I am certainly taking the camera but whether I see any of the tractors or I spend all my time on G & M's stall is by no means certain
;D
;D
I will post any pictures as and when I get back

Think you mean this mag
http://www.earthmoversmagazine.co.uk/
it is a sister publication to Classic Tractor, I'm a bit surprised that Rory Day hasn't posted the link himself
