I remeber saying that to my now boss when i was about 10 years old You wouldn't believe the lecture i got on swearing from him Silly thing is now he comes out with swear words when i didn't even know he knew them Do you think i should give him a lecture on moral standards now
  8. BELARUS'S UGLY AND USELESS ;D
  9. It's an old picture well spring anyway and it was drilling a 19 acre patch as afavour for neighbour to put his beans in the farm that owns the quadtrack farms about 3000 acres and all the main arable work is done by it the driver does 16 hour days and he covvers some ground in a day It does look a bit funny in a 15 acre fied couple of times round the headland and half the field is done

Now there we go air seeders they are a hell of a lot easier than drilling the stuff after cultivating just roll and it's done COOL
  11. That lot are a bit behind the times with rape plantong I thought you put it on with an air seeder when cultivating and then just rolled ir in. Just imagine how many acres/hecrates you could do with just one tank full of rape seed. Nice picture though but they look better on a quadtack
  12. Derfa will be having you for poaching that ground and ploughing in unfit conditions :D
  13. Have you thought of making the block of foam the right size for the stack then hot wiring the bales into it as you could have fun making the bales not look like a big block or a load of bales just waiting to fall all over the floor
  14. Just plugged the real one into the spool valves and dispoded of the box just put some pipes to the spools and leave the box where it is but disconected
  15. converted my real one years ago and what a god send it was too
  16. Lools well smart sean but I'd convert it to spool valve operation as no man has arms long enough to reach them leavers
  17. Just bought one at the weekend and he had a fair few in stock \

    Question

And you probably wouldn't know you've done it either

    Question

As far as i'm aware a quadtrak is only classed as an agricultural vehicl and as so is allowed to tow the recomended weight behind it as long as it doesn't go above 22 miles an hour I may be wrong on that bit but the implements being towed should adhear to the laws of weight and braking so as for towing 2 solo's there may be a question mark on being over weight I may be wrong but that is how i would interpret the law Still a scary sight when you come face to face with one up a single track road though I'd like to see you reverse one of them with 2 solos on the back
  20. As i have said in the past base boards are the only way forwards Putting too much on one board is asking for trouble if you ever want to change the layout Keep it up deere-est and look forwards to seeing more mine will make a reappearance in the winter as time is limmited this time of year with harvesting and planting It will all calm down end of octobre/november so will have more time to progress on my house and buildings
  21. Welded up a trailer hitch then went roteraring for 5 hours got one 18 acre field finnished and started a 6 acre patch finnished at dinner time as it is sunday and the boss isn't a big believer in working on a sunday weather is on the change hopefully in the next few days and should hopefully get my combining finished One good thing about the lull in harvest is that for the first time in a long time I have managed to get loughed up to the combining so in some ways i am ahead of myself for a change
  22. I'd echo that statement And damned good are the results Pluss they are getting better I said ages ago that we need farms for our collections and the members buildings have come on leaps and bounds since i joined And the dioramas from us lot are getting to look more like the ones on the continent and in some cases better Keep it up and may be in time to come we could get a show together to display some of them A bit like the circus and train people do at the town and country festival It would be nice to see them in the flesh so to speak We have talked about this in the past and we should think about the possibilities of some sort of show in the future What do you lot think
  23. see what you mean I've got a few 2680's aswell \
  24. What's going on here then http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Britains-Tractor-Ford-TW20-1-32-scale_W0QQitemZ230022077822QQihZ013QQcategoryZ117196QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem I've got a few of them in the same condition without box's aswell but I don't think they are worth that \
