  2. allas no it was in the dark old days whet digi cameras wern't about and fergys gave up there testing from near stoneleigh about 13 years ago Ironic thing is that a little dickie bird told me that AGCO are moving back there when they cease at banner lane

  4. But it is under the title of conversion and not scratch built and bessides I don't mind people knowing as they can allways do one themselves

  6. I'll let you all in to a little secret The bucket is off one of those cheep tesco's tractor sets Junior smurf busted it so I aquired the bucket and made it fit as it is large enough to look better than the standard buckets

Just a shame the cab rots out on them Fergie srarted to get it right with the 600 series You wanted to see some of the stuff that used to be tested on our farm by masseys started way back when 188's were about but these 188's had 4 wheel drive and looked nothing like 188's one of the last ones just before they ceased testing out of stoneleigh was a 399 with a sequential gear box . Totaly manual but very wierd to use so the test driver said. Was a scaled up motocycle type thing but i don't know if it made it into production or it may have been a testbed for the modern Dynoshift that we have today.

I saw a smart press on the back of a JD 6290S yesturday Had what looked like a levelling board followed by a set of tines and then a double set of press rings Have no idea what make it was but it was red And it was mounted to just the arms with hydraulic depth wheels at the back and was travveling allong the road at a very funny angle

  11. It's been built for ages and was on top of a cupboard in the living room. And I decided to paint it when I made the bucket for the merlo ;)

  13. The damned 5635 aint even glazed. but i've had one for years and every now and then a bit of acetate is lined up to glaze it
  14. Ploughing untill 2pm when my mate took over should have all the ploughing done by tomorrow
  15. The only thing that lets this model down is the casting line left in the wheels other than that they are a smart pieceof kit I allso heve one
