civilpek Posted December 11, 2005 Share Posted December 11, 2005 why not go to argos buy whatever tool you need use it for a few days born it out if you want, and bring it back cos you get a warranty which allows you exchange it if it doesnt last, i actually know a builder who gets stuff there burns it out on purpose and gets a bran new one or a different toll he must have gone back with about 6 pieces now, mind you hes a pure cowboy and dodgy in a few other areas aswell! Got mind from D Mackays in Cambridge - they've got all the bits too (hundreds of them) - I also bought the flexible shaft that goes with it and that's brilliant - don't by the mini circular saw it's total rubbish !!
