stehos
Does anybody know anything about this model?. I was browsing on ebay and came across it. Is it really a Doe Ltd Edition or not. Look smart though. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ford-7000-Tractor-Ernest-Doe-Limted-to-500-Models_W0QQitemZ260436277916QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_ToysGames_DiecastVehicles_DiecastVehicles_JN?hash=item3ca3363a9c&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A10%7C66%3A2%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A2%7C294%3A50 No sign on the Ernest Doe website, but in the background you can see the Ernest Doe paperwork. If the only difference with the regular version is the base and the paperwork I will not buy this model. Regular version is about GBP45 or less... AndyB
There is a Doe version - have seen the advertising in a couple of Doe dealerships. Though I think it is just the plinth etc. though something is telling me there is a signature on the model too.............could be wrong, I often am!! Tractorman810
silly question now, but do doe own the rights to the older ford tractors?? just wondering because when ever a ford / fordsom based 16th model comes out, they seem to have a limited version for them, a good month or 2 in advance of the normal release,
Andy
I dont think they do. I guess the doe show models have established a good relationship between Accurate Diecast and Doe. Since the show models have generally sold so well, I suppose they feel they can do further items too.
