justy 46
The AP cab must have been transferred from a 4610 in reality on to the 4000. Them cabs were only ever on the 10 Series Fords. Looking good Fred. Sould put a set of Scale Down Ford 5000 rears on it. Ive a County 4000 FOUR on the go at the moment also. Keep the little Fords coming. freds conversions
thanks mates the 4000 never had a ap cab but my neighbour put 1 on his back in our so called summer ha ha. big conversion had to change the steering coloum gearsticks diesal tank and lift leavers and hook out the pedals and pto lever left it a class little tractor so this build is for him. really enjoying the build so far. just hacked up a britains 76 tonight to do the inside of cab and lights and different bitsso its going to be and expensive little bugger. IH885XLMAN
not sure if this is the tractor ive seen an a tractor mag of recent times they had some fuss marrying both cab and tractor together but in the end it was a good mach cant remember the magazine though tractor and herritage or old tractor one of those i think but is this the actual build its based on i wonder ? freds conversions
no its not mate my neighbour did this conversion last month and it was a very easy marrige i must admit. if you get all the little extras such as linkages makes the whole job more easy.
