BC
There were only 3 John Deeres entered and all belonged to the same person but I had to award this 1020 Best John Deere Tractor Class winner 1958 to 1988 Tractor Show Champion Not a winner but a late entry which arrived on Sunday Tractor Show Champion Runner Up Some would say that id second in show why not Best David Brown but personally I liked both DB's I choose and like to spread the awards around Personally I found the next class the most difficult class to judge...the Best Restored tractor using original parts winner. A silly award in my humble opinion as as much as I dislike Masseys...this was an excellent looking restoration so it got my vote...again spreading the prizes about a bit Best Ford / Fordson There were many nice fords but this one was outstanding...some maybe say a bit overdone but it had to get my vote
BC
There were only 3 tractors clubs at the show and I awarded the best Club Display to Blue Power. Oh if only those pens could be removed...and not just my opinion Best restored with original parts

BC
I'm glad you liked the photos David I had around 350 for my three days I think. Unfortunately there was not a big entry in the International Farmall group but that one did really stand out.... an outstanding looking restoration by your uncle ...just a shame I did not meet him and have a news about nashes I know what you mean about muddy fields and I'm the same with 4 of my tractors (the restored ones) but north of the border we call them " dubby parks" and I assume you call a "larry" aka lorry in Queens English a "wagon"
