Well we finished our maize silage in mid October, got a lot ploughed up for wheat and grass.we chopped around 4000 acres of maize this Autumn with our 3 claas foragers and a hired krone .our new jcb 419 loading shovels were excellent .at the moment we are hedge cutting ,winter ploughing ,and servicing kit,we  have had the gritting crews out a few times so far this month.straw is also going out and we are now doing contract forage box feeding with three Keenan's for a number of dairy and beef units .a jcb fastrac and low loader with a jcb 416 and toe tip grain bucket have been moving around clearing out on floor grain stores too.
