This lot made £620 that is bit mad. buy the time they get it it would of cost them around £650. Got a nice few lots at this auction but it was hard to here the auctioneer online !!!

Interesting to see some of the results of the bulk of the 16th G&M models around the £100 - £120 mark.... compared to a UH 16th Dexta had a result of £70..... but then again some of the DBP's didn't look to do too well either.

Seemingly not terribly expensive prices, a lot realising less than they were new. The best prices seemed to have been made by the construction models. A good test of the market.

There didn't seem to be any particularly rare models on offer, by the advertising that I saw for this auction in and on various media it looked like it was going to be the sale of the century, perhaps prices reflected the interest of what was on offer.

I must admit I do like auctions....to me they are always full of surprises....some things can go for silly money but usually there are always bargains to be had.

Problem with auctions Bill is that anything that interests me or you are usually the very things that make the most money!

Yes Tim that was the case for me....but I'm now in disposal mode in terms of my Britain's collection. I have another 70 models in for auction (including some non Britain's) at the next auction to be held by Pentland Livestock Limited at Coupar Angus on Saturday 31st October. The plan is then for the balance of my Britain's collection to be sold over two separate sale days in 2016.

No it was not me !!! Dont even know how many lots i got ha . One thing about the auction was i found it hard to here the auction online do was not good !!.

I got 16 lots at this sale so cant wait to get them home now ..
