Massey Harris

Recommended Posts

I was given this old Massey Harris model last weekend and it seems to be in very good condition. I don't know anything about the maker but I suspect that it may be Dinky or Lesney. There is no box but it is quite heavy for its size, I suspect that it might be 1/87 but again, that is a guess and I am not really sure.

I suspect that this is not the original issue but the 40th anniversary issue going by the super shiny wheels/tyres

see here and compare with other version with die cast coloured wheels/tyres

Thanks Paul but that link doesn't work. I did think that it looked slightly different as the other ones had yellow wheel centres and solid front wheels whereas this one has gold centres and spoked front wheels
