Removing enamel paint from a resin model

SPN

Question

I've been playing around with a resin model trying to improve my painting skills and learning all the lessons the hard way.

Now I want to go back to the unpainted shell and start again to see if I can do it better this time round.

What technique would people advise to remove humbrol enamel from a resin piece?

I went with paper towels (and cotton buds) soaked in white spirit, together with lots of elbow grease.

It alllowed me to thin the paint coat back down to a stage where I think I can recover the project.

We'll see.

All part of the learning curve.
