What are the differences, mainly cosmetically, between the white and chocolate DB's and the white and red ones. Ie, if I spray a Britians DB996 to a brown chassis would I have a 990/995 or are they completely different? Equally if I was to paint an Atlas 880 so it had a red chassis would it suit as an 885? Also wondering if someone can confirm if I'm correct that 990 implematics (red and yellow) are the same basic chassis as 990 selectamatics? SPN Posted October 2, 2018 Share Posted October 2, 2018 The 990 can have two different decals with chocolate (Selectamatic and what I term the Bottle Opener), the 995/996 only has the Bottle Opener.
