Help with a britains model sprayer pls

Light Land

Question

I'm having a prob with my old sprayer, the pivot point on my sprayer is as sloppy as hell even though the model is in good order and just come out of it's box.I've looked at an other "played with one" i have and it's fine in the pivot point on this yellow one just seems to have been not right from new.

Q....any ideas on how to get the sloppyness out of it so that when it's on the back of a tractor the sprayer is not 3mm's off the ground at the draw bar.

Thanks for any tips lads  :)

Fixed the model useing TM's advice and it came up a treat. While it was in hand I added a little detail by painting all the nozzels red and adding some old oil look to the booms lifting chain and lastly put on some safety signs.

Cheers Sean. :)
