nashmach
Well lads 2 weeks ago there was a world record attempt for the most pre 1970 combines in the one filed cutting - it was 63 (53 self propeled and 10 trailed) with about 5 non starters. Good mix of makes especially Claas and NH. MF was a bit disappointing mainly 735's, 2 780's and a 415. Also present were numerous Actives and Danias. On the rarities there was a Lely (the one with the folding table) and a Braud. First of all the main picture taken from the following weeks Farmers Journal. Tractorman810
nice pics mate, wouldn't want to be the poor tractor driver trying to decide which one to empty first though
nashmach
nice pics mate, wouldn't want to be the poor tractor driver trying to decide which one to empty first though Not bad for a camera phone was kicking myself that I forgot the camera. Unloading was a joke with lads queueing for a hour trying to unload as they had new trailers and most of the combines couldn't get their auger into them so they had to use a JCB handler :D

ihatepoundland
I still don't get why the pre 1977 machines are so important to you? Any idea where it will be attempted?
