MODELFARMER
The real deal Think i need to re-new my design This is from claas website:: Narrow transport package. The conditioners also offer three different options for transporting the mower: [glow=red,2,300]Swivelled to the rear. Swivelled to the rear and folded upwards hydraulically. Folded laterally upwards hydraulically. [/glow] Wonder can i do it like that??

Deere-est
You could take the headstock from the UH Kuhn mower, leaving the drawbar on there and thus not wrecking the whole model from a resale point of view Ricky?
CJ
make it so it folds up verticaly that would be the dogs ba**ocks

gromittigger
I think you should go for it! make it fold! :) or paint it in kuhn colours Kuhn, Tarrup use this type on their rear mounted mower where they pivot in the middle of the mower bed. Claas follow the dutch design (Lely,Vicon) which has the suspension on the headstock. The main reason with this design is that the dutch require a mower that can cut around 33 degrees for all the ditch bank. This design also allows you to fold up for transport, I but theres a few people out there wish theirs did! ;)? The Khun and Tarrup design cannot do this as the mower will hit its own frame at 12 degrees.
