Powerstarâ„¢
At the Dairy Event held at the Royal Bath & West showground last month I pictured this tyre crusher, which crushed tyres, 200 at a time in to little blocks, which could be used as hardstandings, barriers, fencing etc, tied with wire. Very interesting, but an expensive and time consuming job. \

Powerstarâ„¢
Suppose it makes sense to get to your destination quicker. Some didn't seem too bad, others were buggered, I think it's tyres they collected from the local scrap yard for the demonstartion.
Lord Ferguson
WHat a great idea.... Not sure they would be asfe for kiddies playgrounds though... what if a wire pokes out of a tyre
JC
Just what I was thinking Mark! I think they shred the tyres into small granuals and extract the metal before using it for playground covering...... \ Its a good way of using up old tyres but it doesn't remove the ever increasing environmental problem of safely disposing of used tyres does it.....
