smallclaas
Here we go Ben, made a few last night. First you will need the following: Vise grip with a top jaw of 30mm and lower jaw of 25mm Panio wire cutters, the type steel tier's use a box of 75mm large paper clips a 9mm thick block of MDF with a 6mm hole driled in it. smallclaas
First you need to cut the clip to make the cubicle. Cut off the narrow end of the paper clip.
smallclaas
The cut clip should look like this note the even ends.
BC
Everything is so simple when you know how!!!!
smallclaas
So now to do the first twist, place the clip into the full lenght of the vise grip jaws and twist down to make the cubicle shoulder rest. The place the clip back in. Using the 4th tooth of the upper jaw of the vise grip as a measurement.
smallclaas
Using the 4th tooth for the final twist
smallclaas
Ok now the block of MDF, usually the top of the cubicle is too long so you will need to trim anything from 2mm to 6mm off. By placing the cubicle in the hole you can evenly clip off the excess. You can the mount the finished cubicles onto timber dowels or drill holes in the shed wall and place them in.
