Question for all you pros what is the best thing to use to get a concrete effect on MDF board? It is for the farmyard that i am currently constructing. Thank you for any help.

Or you can use Plasticote, "touch of stone" Realy good stuf there are 2 diffrent shades

I think it looks alot like concrete mate, jez used the lighter one than i did and it looks spot on

i use a very fine model train limestone aggrigate product, pva the board, then spread it on nice and thick, roll in with a old rolling pin(mine was new first off, and she wasnt impressed to say the least ;):D :D) then seal with a spray of pva and water , 50/50 mix should do,with a small squirt of washing up liquid in it to break the seal

job done, the stuff i buy costs 1.60 for a 500 g bag
