Beeeeautiful Bill. Especially the ones looking up the ramp at the TM's tipping on the turn they look great. Not only nice to see trailerd foraging - nice to see it with modern day kit too. Some epople must think that new trailed machines don't exist any more!! Nice work. A shame why it was late of course, hard time for the family no doubt.

great pics BC!!!, as mentioned, good to see a towed harvester!

Is that JDC in the JCB :D :D :D :D ::)

Somehow I think JDC's one will be even tidier than the Nicol's one although old Arthur Nicol is a canny chap and encourages their employess to do so to Ben.

It was nice to see it in action Tris even under the circumsatnces but knowing his dad for most of my life his I know his wish would be that the show must go on whatever the circumstances.

you and me both Bill  :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ the last time I was silaging the "big" tractor was an IH 674 with a 574 hydro on the buckrake and me carting with an old MF 165, unfortunately I never thought of taking photos in those days, it cost too much to get them developed at Boots  ;D ;D

robbo

Thats the good thing nowadays about these digi machines Mike... it makes you trigger happy ;D ;D

Yes it's the second farm along from the butchers at Mason Lodge Rob. First is Whitestone then Roadside. Roadside is at the crossroads down from the Red Starr Inn heading towards the Gask at Garlogie sand hole.

Well I drive past my friends farm each day on my way to work and on Friday night I did not go home that way and that was when the silage was done for this year. It was finished by lunchtime Saturday and by the time I was in paston Saturday afternoon only the pit had to be tramped....never mind there is always next year.

Probably one of the most level topped clamps I have ever seen, the only other I have seen like that was one of farmermarshalls from a year or two ago.

I'll past on your kind words Tris. I saw the pits were all sheeted and tyred as I drove past this morning.
