Richard de Florennes Posted November 26, 2008 Author Share Posted November 26, 2008 thanks for comments, unfortunately there is almost nothing left to post as I have shot all my load ;-) Weather and lack of time prevented any additions and these three snap-shots taken early today on my direct way to work are all I can offer at the moment. I do not know exactly what they were doing, but It looked like they were taking these topped vegetables out of the earth complete with their roots and it seemed to be chives to me; maybe they are saved against the frost this way or are used for reproduction of seed or plants?
