Farming action in the Lower Rhine Plain (Germany)

next I day I made the 20 miles journey from Neuss to Cologne, as I was informed by a local farmer (who became "owner" of some fields near Cologne thanks to marrying a "farm-girl" over there ;-)), that the really final grain cut of the season was going to take place there.

Avoiding the highway and preferring to travel through the country-side I was rewarded by some more farming action that day ...

You have a whole heap of fantastic photos over the last three pages. SOme nice pastle shades in the sky in a lot of them too. You get in some very good positions to take photos of the machines from all different angles. Really nice looking at them.  :)

David, who is David Jez? im sure deere-est is Tris

Stunnung pics RDF, Why dont they take there front loaders off? i dont think i have seen any pics out of gremany that dont have just the loder frame

David Bellamy mate, i was chuckling at the pastel skies comment and tris' arty comments. Just having a funny few days mate  :D :D
