  1. Oops, is has been a while since this topic was last updated. Last weekend I was in Zwolle ofcourse, where I spent most of my time at the stand of the Dutch LMF. But there was plenty of time to look around and gather some nice models. Britains Volvo BM 2654 Deutz DX6.50 MF 3680 terra tyres (white rims and grey cab) Landini 10000 MKII (no hitch, very cheap at 10 euro ...) Lamborghini set with Vaderstadt (MIB) MF 3680 terra tyres (grey rims and cab MIB) Valtra 8950 in Claas colours (MIB) Bale wrapper (one of Britains lastest models) Kuhn bale wrapper and hay tedder Bevro Octo green Weise Fendt 512 Forfuhrschlepper The Landini has a white cab and grey rims, while the MF (unboxed) had a grey cab and white rims, I think I have to swap them to make them look correct. Also the Landini has no hitch, so that one has to be split to get fixed sooner or later.
  2. Some new models. Britains Renault set with Bauer tank. Strangly the box says the Renault is 103.54, but the model inside the box is a 155.54. Anybody got an idea how this is possible? Valtra C120 ACA 2005 (limited to 2.500 pieces, this is 975) Claas bale press Replicagri Huard TR65 plow (limited to 1.500 pieces) Click here for a model review in Dutch at the LMFand more photo's. Ford 7610 Gen I by Marge Models. Some Britains parts and models, wheels, Vicon spreader, unbranded tractor.
  3. Time for a small update. At the Dutch LMF we had a end-of-year-raffle, I donated a black UH Valtra 6850, but there is also a green version, which I added to my collection. A limited edition issued by Bevro. A few months ago I purchased a Fiat 880DT, but I came across one with a damaged front axle. That will make a lovely project sooner or later. Also I found this Siku Becker, NIB, at a very small price. I added some Britians models as well, such as this Ford 7000 Armagh. Last model, a Britains Cooper cultivator MIB.
  4. Up to 500 pieces is truely limited to me, but it all depends on the model and make of it. A bronze Valtra T191 by FTF limited to 100 pieces is really really really limited to me, could have sold mine several times for good money, but I am sure I will not find another one again. I have several limited models in my collection, some off 500 pieces, some off 1000 pieces, it just depends on more than numbers.
  5. Offcourse, normally the curtains are closed, so my attic is nicely dark and all the boxes are out of the sun. But it's hard to take good pictures without the curtains opened!
  6. Last week I put together some showcases, for which I had to turn over my whole collection. But after two days this is the result.
  7. That's more like it! Thanks for the pictures lads.
  8. I remember to have once seen pictures of a Case IH model (based on the 1*94 series) with 4 equal wheels, like a County tractor. But I can't remember the type and am looking for pictures of a 1:1 model. can anyone help me please?
  9. New items bought in Zwolle last weekend! Parts of a Weise Fendt 824 and wheels for a Fendt 415 by UH. Evers Java grubber by Bevro and some more parts (2 gearbox-sticks, grindstone and exhaust). Britains Renault 145-14 and Deutz DX6.50 in need of some TLC (chipped fender and silver rims), Maschio harrow and Vicon press, and a ROS Fiat crawler. Britains bale trailer, rowcrow wheels set by Robert Peeters and Trelleborg wheels by Henry Selten. Offcourse a LMF forummodel, 4WD, and a MF 8690 to fit the Trelleborg wheels on. Had a go at this during the show, but I broke the frontaxle trying to remove the front wheels. Siku Joskin Silospace and Britains Quad (been looking for this quad to put on my dio) Britains stickers. Britains Landrover, set of farm sheds and a Valtra with no wheels, but a good box. Hard to find, the Britains terra tyres, so I bought a Valtra complete with the tyres instead. Fendt 939 Black Beauty "Meilensteine Edition". Could buy this at a good price, so I couldn't resist it.
  10. Looks superb, although you don't see these tractors on mainland Europe, I really like them! And I also like the models you've from them!
  11. The LMF will also present some scoops in Zwolle, can't tell too much about them offcourse, but come by our stand and see for yourself!
  12. Just this weekend I have completed a small conversion, fitting the wheels of a Weise Fendt 615 onto a McCormick MC115. Painted them silver and the hubs satin black.
  13. Last week some new (and old) models have found their way onto my attic ... Siku Fendt 716 MP & KM Holding, just to keep up with the limited Fendt models. Britains tipping trailer and Fordson Major. And yesterday I attended the fair in Bergeijk, the LMF promoted the forum there and I was at the stand, together with Luuk and Arno. I picked up this Renault 70-14 and the DX4.57, which will be converted into something nice one day.
  14. Sorry Sean, I had a double one, but sold it some months ago.
  15. That's a firm price for a Deutz DX6.50 ... but I still would like one for my collection. I have bought the Hurlimann a few years ago in Zwolle for 120 euro's, don't know exactly how many pounds that would be, but since prices have dropped.
  16. Nice tractors, you don'y see a lot of miniatures David Browns or Cases from this series? Did you use a PDC kit for these models?
  17. When I knew which model would be released by Marge Models, I immediately tought of the FTF, since Ford tractors are quite populair in the UK if I am correct. I also wonder how the muddy versions will look like, but as Rieko said, photos of these models will be released soon.
  18. At the moment I work on these projects : - Special project based on various parts which happened to fit quite nicely - PDC kit Case 1594 (hope to get my front axle and hitch tomorrow, so I can get on with it) - Fendt 415 to be fitted with row-crop wheels - A small slurry tank (haven't worked on that for quite a while ...) Hopely this winter I can finally start to get my diorama build, I have found several great items for it (thanks to FTF and Mandy) and I have wanted to build one ever since I started collection models a few years ago. And I have many ideas for building some equipement to fit to some converted tractors .. just don't have the time to build them all yet.
  19. Britains Farm models ofcourse! 100 pounds would buy me some great sets.
  20. Looking good! I once repainted a Siku JCB Fastrac into the Dutch LMF-colours, just for show use. Some other tyres to go with it, Henry Walker made me the new transfers. It even has the (old) logo on the roof. In the near future I will begin a new project with a Fastrac, a foresty model with crane.
  21. And what is a "limited edition"? A model that hase been produced by a few thousand, or just 100 or so? A few years ago just a few "limited editions" were made, today a new "limited edition" is issued almost every week, at some point customers will not buy them anymore, just because the "limited edition" has a different colour and a new sticker on the bonnet. Some "limited editions" are just hot, like the Black Beauty, or for example, the new "limited edition" which will be issued by the Dutch Landbouw Miniaturen Forum (in which I am heavily involved ) based on the still top-secret model made by Marge Models. Just 250 2WD and 250 4WD examples will be made and I have no doubt they will sell very well. But to keep up with the FTF, ever thought of the County? I joined FTF just before it was announced and ordered it right away, because it was a "limited edition" of a special model. So, some "limited editions" are a good investment for the future, but just buy them if you like them.
  22. I've heard a rumour Imber still has a massive overstock on the 6640's so they will first have to sell these and than will introduce a new model.
  23. They were ... can't buy them now for such low prices.
  24. It depends on the number produced indeed, and also the desirability of the model. I remember buying my Valtra in bronze, one of 100 made, for about 45 pounds, and when I took it on display to the fair in Zwolle last year, I could have easily sold it for 250 pounds. Or the Fendt Black Beauty's? On the other hand, have a look at the silver edition of the Schuitemaker silage trailer, or some limited models made for the fair in Zwolle, I can still easily get hold of them.
