  1. Just wanted to let you know I bought this Fiat, and the red harvester he had for sale as well. So it is going to a good home.
  2. Really nice models, but a bit to expansive to buy on a picture of a real tractor. But I will keep an eye on these, I have a small weak spot for these tractors.
  3. A bit of a bizarre item, but I will keep it in kind.
  4. A few of my latest purchases! Limited Fendt 211 Vario in gold. Not what you might expect, but it was so cheap I could not resist. A much newer model, Britains 43082 MF6616 with front loader. Britains 9574 Front loader. The box needs some tidying, I will have a go at that some day. Britains 9550 Tipping trailer with blue wheels. A Britains 9550 Tipping trailer, in the box. One of the oldest models in my collection. Britains 9595 seed drill. Once sought after, now avaliable at much better prices. Britains catalogue from 1972. A variant on the roller I did not have. A really nice Miedema cart by Poppema, together with Marge Models. And ofcourse a set, Britains 9608 MF 3680 with MF trailer. As far as I know only avaliable for one year.
  5. Maybe I have to adjust my monitor slightly, but is there a difference between these models?
  6. Ah, since we don't actually have a lockdown in Holland, I still mostly work from home the past few weeks en will continue to do so for another few more. But I did manage to get a project on the go that had been collecting dust for some years fitting new wheels to a MF 5430 and sorting some other missing bits on this model, like the right-hand step and some lights.
  7. Amazing to see just how much off this stuff has to be out there ... I mean, I have brochures, some posters, some adverts from older magazines, but there has to be a lot more! Thanks for sharing with us, hope you get well soon.
  8. A bit of a pity, those boxes on the latest Britains items you purchased. But still nice to see them!
  9. I noticed an increase in the value of Marge Models recently but 550 for this tractor is a bit to steap for me ...
  10. The promised update on my collection, recently I have been mostly busy with rebuilding road racing bikes, but still some new additions have made thier way to Breda. Britains 9550 Fold up cultivator Britains 9525 MB Trac 1500 with open doors (the driver carefully avoiding getting his picture taken due to privacy matters ) Britains 9549 Roller Britains 9561 Bamfords cultivator, had one in the collection already, but this looks better. Britains 9567 8-wheeled trailer Britains 9519 JCB Loadall Britains 9516 Valmet 805 Orange logging tractor Britains 5879 Ford 5610 Super value set, this one was also already in the collection, but it was not complete and the box had been severely damaged. And last but certainly not least, this amazing Britains 9691 Landrover National Trust gift set. It has been on my wishlist for many, many years and when I had the chance to buy it, I did not hesitate!
  11. Yeah, he must have dropped his keys somewhere ...
  12. Thank you Jamie, I might have judged that wrong all together.
  13. Aha, hope you don 't kind me asking but what is so special about these models for that price? Did I miss something?
  14. Thanks, some of these sets took a long time to find, but I am very happy they have found a place on my attic now!
  15. A new month, new models arrived! Britains 9533 Salop trailer Britains 9555 Animal trailer Britains 9506 Fiat 90-90DT tractor Britains 9533 Roller Britains 9542 Harvester Britains 9536 Twose rear digger (dark grey frame) Britains 9530 Deutz-Fahr DX92 on duals Britains 9566 Tipping trailer Britains 9432 Tractor and buck rake Trade box containing 3x Britains 9515 Volvo BM Valmet 805 Britains 9630 Ford 5000 and dump trailer Britains 9630 Ford 6600 and dump trailer Britains 9600 Ford 7710 and Wright rain drum Britains 5004 Ford 5610 and tipping trailer
  16. You will have to sort out that steering wheel ... a bit leveled it is.
  17. Superb models, and an even greater background for taking those pictures!
  18. No problem, I could easily post 10 more which I have built over the past 6 years (since my oldest was born, I started rebuilding these steal beauty's then). And for the record, the Team ForelDorado is equipped with a full Campagnolo Chorus groupset. :
  19. I have been shopping online the last few days for retro bicycle parts. Another hobby of me, rebuilding retro racing bicycles (and than offcourse riding them ), usually the famous Dutch brand Gazelle. Some of the bikes already in my collection, such as a 1995 Team (full Dura Ace 7400/7410) and another 1995 Team, from the ForelDorado Team, formerly ridden by local elite rider Daniel van Elven. Two more bicycles are "in the making".
  20. Ah great, I get the whole idea. So the G would be the unstyled version and a GM the styled one.
  21. Nice JD's here, that GM is really a nice model, the rims on the B look a bit toylike ... but a GM? I know there was a G-series tractor, the largest of the bunch. Usually the letter G was followed by another letter, for instance a N for a single-wheel narrow front. What does the M stand for?
  22. Bit weird, I just looked through his sold items, some models made crazy money, other were just plain bargains ... too bad I missed on these.
  23. A bit unusual, but that is what attracted me in this leaflet, an Valmet 615M Industrial tractor.
