  1. i will be wearing a light green shirt of LMF (dutch miniature forum) and there will be a redheaded cuty following my ass with in both hands bags full of models (that way she wont be able to ****** my wallet from me )
  2. do you have any more information of this, or a picture? cause i would really love to see the Ford 7000 by UH..
  3. brings back memories. we had a new 4610 at our farm in the 80's, but i believe it was a II series as opposite this I series? (i am sure it did have the newer cab) and gearcontrols just below the steeringwheel.
  4. i talked my girlfriend into going with the exact same proposition. and that certainly worked. York is nearby enough and so are a couple of other very nice English towns.. (just tell her that she wont be the only woman being dragged to the show )
  5. great looking model it became. might want to visit Erik to admire it...
  6. i know many things worse doing while you are drunk than jumping up and down on beds.. but i have been practicing lately with drinking so hope those things wont happen (again) :D
  7. but now you dont only have to stop Barry from talking, but me too.. goodluckwiththat
  8. you bet ya, Barry! i have heard about Marky's MF-talk, luckily i am now there too to help Barry to throw in a good bucket full of Ford talk phewww.. that is a relief indeed.. I'll try a few lagers if Simon gives me a chance , want to have a taste of something different then the eternal Heineken of Duvel and my mss will be thinking the same probably, but as we all know, put a couple of women together and you will only hear quak quak quak quak quak for the rest of the evening, so no worries there mate.. PS. will be nice meeting you all there, so far i only have met Peter and Ziko and Jack Stehos so far in Zwolle, so would be nice to meet the rest of the luni bins there too
  9. great work. very nice indeed. where do the front tires come from.?
  10. tris, you wouldnt keep the main attraction away from Spalding, would you? I am looking forward to meet up with everyone on here and i will be sure to check all the great diorama's that i have seen on pictures of the last Spalding event.
  11. yeah Stansted, that was the one.. gonna book that tomorrow. have booked Kings Lynn for two nights(making it a long weekend out ). any chance i'll stumble into any FTF members there?
  12. yeeeehaaaaaaaaawwwwwww.. convinced mylady to go on a weekend out on April the 5th..and guess to where she won't know what hit her when i suggest going shopping on the 5th in Spalding anyways.. better start with booking flight, car rental and a place to spend a night or two.. any suggestions where i can stay close by..? and airport is eh.. what was that place called again..grr.. (loss of memory already and i'm only...........ehh..)
  13. it totally depends on what you like and how much room you have for show. If i was a precisionlike collector, than the UH 1:16 models would certainly be in my collection. also if you collect only one brand, (Ford for instance) than a little side step to these amazing detailed models would not be wrong. However they take a lot of space! Also there are 1:16 precisions from ERTL and G&M farmmodels make great models in 1:16 scale in limited numbers that are certainly a marvel to look at.
  14. It is not straight on this one and it is a 4 wd i can see that and it is the only minor remark that i have of the excellent convo. Actually, now i am thinking of starting my own convo of a 6710. only small problem is that i want a 2wd and i believe the hood of the 7710(base model) is a bit longer and higher than that of the 6710 and yes, they were made in 4wd as i have now seen many pictures of such models.
  15. there were no II-series 6710's, and as far as i know only available with Q-cab. now i am going to see if i can find a picture of it somewhere of our tractor (and i have to rectify as the first picture i stumbled upon(couldnt find our own tractor in my pictures) is a 4wd version..)
  16. we actually drove a Ford 6710 on the farm up to 2 years ago. great tractor. i am missing a few small things on the model though.. the muffler should be straight on top if i am not mistaken (heck i had to smash it back in place a few times after collision with overhanging trees.. ) and i am not sure it was also available in 4wd (we had a 2wd and all the 6710's i have seen to date had 2wd..
  17. i have started collecting New Holland and Ford brochures since about March and have 650 at the latest count. Have loads of swapping material too.. I collect brochures from all over the world but it doesnt have priority with my tractor collection.
  18. Hello Erik, I also have the Fordson Triple Doe - Ernest Doe edition. I am not sure if those were sold out but i reccon they have as they were limited to 384 pieces.
  19. Doe 130 is on my list now!.. WOW! i have the other two Doe editions.. But i wished i could collect them at the show instead of ebay for much higher prices. The limited edition of the County Super 4 was for sale @ Zwolle Nat.Farm Toy show but not yet on the site of PES Creation. I am hoping to find out if they will be at a Farm TOy show in Belgium in January.
  20. Er komen nog decals van de latere serie (grijs zwart ) en nog losse complete wielen met grijze velgen. Of nog een serie complete tractoren met deze nieuwe decals (transfers ) en zilvergrijze velgen maar is nog niet zeker wordt wel gevraagd that is from their own site (text with no.3 and translated it says the following : There will be decals of the later series (grey-black) and also lose complete wheels with grey rims. Or! also a new series complete tractors with these new decals and silver rims but that is not yet certain but is asked for. so that is why i wrote that there might not be a no.4 !
  21. it is not certain there will be a wagenhoff no.4. they say themselves that there might be delivered separate wheels and decals which apparently are the only changes compared to the no.3 . they might even redecal the no.3's themselves. It was available in Zwolle. and apparently they are running low on stock at the moment btw.. while checking their site, i found out that they removed a part from the text. first they spoke of limited editions and editions of 500.. but apparently they are making more than the initial 1000-1500 which i dont find classy towards the first buyers that thought they were buying something special and reasonably limited.
  22. http://cgi.ebay.com/FORD-600-640-650-660-800-850-860-TRACTOR-BROCHURE-RARE_W0QQitemZ400011989994QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item400011989994&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A3%7C294%3A50 i got one myself in exactly the same shape.. but can remember paying 25 times less a year ago
  23. hmm.. i think there are one or two mising here.. big bud HN 320 and teh Ford 5000 USA version has a different number while the number attached belongs to a Ford 5000 1965-68 version (the available one is the 1964 version). also missing the Ernest Doe - Fordson Triple Doe limited edition of 384 and Ford 5000 limited edition of 500
