  1. value for money. that is about the only thing i can say about this. However, if RC2 is calling the 7000/7600 collector's issues, than more attention to detail and a steering axle are the least things to look after. Of course collector's will buy the mass produced long awaited models of the 5000/7000/7600 but they would do so for 20 pounds too with more detail and SATISFACTION. Now they are finding their way to the playing field of little children where they can be mishandled, beaten and destroyed for their pleasure. Not exactly how and where a collector's issue should end..
  2. Well worth the money. I had that too, but havent regretted it for a minute.. there are 17 different britains Fordsons
  3. I believe there wont be a difference in the model, except that the Doe is a limited edition with a couple of extra things. However the US version will differ, in what way i do not know as i havent seen a picture of that one yet.
  4. hmm.. In the netherlands we have a different association with red light.. hopefully that is not the case in England as your wife would probably want it out of there ASAP.. but thanks, now i have an excellent idea for my future displaywall.. time to start sketching and measuring.. heck.. that can wait..first buy a new house..
  5. yeah, it does weigh a lot, 14 pounds even. not as much as the SpecCast Genises series
  6. here are p[ictures of both models. so you can see the differences! btw. there is now also a CR9060 available. And you can check out more pictures of these combines in the combines section of my site www.fordcrazy001.com
  7. Thanks . I have putted it on ebay for 9.99 and just see what happens..
  8. I have received a Britains Land Rover new in a torn box. From what i can find in the catalogs, this is a 1989 issued landrover. but it is not really my thing to collect these and i was wondering as i cant find any information on these from past sales, how much it is worth? could someone help me out? Best regards, Wil.
  9. I just wanted to say THANKS i have the county 1884, TW35 and a powerfarm combine that hasnt run for a decade.. sure will try this and hopefully succeed..
  10. One of these ended up in my lap, heaven knows why as i dont collect Fendt. How much are these worth? so i know what i can get for it when i put it up for sale and get myself a blue one instead
  11. i am actually working on the last one.. needs to be painted.. wished i could find out what type of blue they use as i have the original Ford Blue but think it is too dark.. (more like the E27N kind of blue..) for this model.
  12. are worth around 15-20 euro's so that would be.. ehh.. 12-15 pounds..
  13. thank you. Regretfully i have no idea where to display this one with all my other Versatiles in 1:16 scale. Right now they are sitting on my bedroom floor.. Sorry to hear you are having health problems and hope your rehabing is going well. Do you have any pictures of your Ford Collection If so, where can i find them? I myself am fond of the 1:16 scale and think they are heavily underrated in Europe where the 1:32 scale is immensily popular.. 2 bad it is very expensive to get them 1:16 scales shipped to here.. Luckily i have some contacts who are willing to help me with the customs form which is always very appreciated.. (better hope that this isnt getting under the attention of some tax representative )
  14. thanks. i got it working since today for like 1 hour and am really happy with the views and singing.. really appreciate it mate. best regards, -Wil.
  15. nice choice.. but these probably wont be made by UH as Britains made the TN75D in 1:32 scale and Scale Models made a TN75 in 1:16 scale. and doubt that they have the license from NH to make models of their tractors..
  16. got the size of the image just under the 115KB mark.. it's hard to accomplish that
  17. sorry about the small size.. i hope to post one good larger picture with a better angle of the whole..
  18. I thought i had large tractors in my collection (all the 1:12 scale Ford tractors like the Ford 8000/Ford 8600 and TW-series) until i got this one.. the size is one thing that is great about this tractor. the detail is also very good. the opening hood with removable grill, the engine detail, the cab with all the controls, the mirrors etc.etc. except for the well known problem with the hitch/back of the tractors made by ERTL. I dont know how the smaller brother(TJ 480 dealer edition) looks like in comparison but hope to find out in a few months . here are a few pictures
  19. Hello. check out my <www.fordcrazy001.com>site which contains my collection of farm toys of -Ford -Fordson -New Holland -Versatile and memorabilia/trucks and banks.. Also you will find various links in the <a href=www.fordcrazy001.com/links>links section. i have collected links from toy manufacturers , the real tractor manufacturers, toy model parts and supplies, forums, conversion model makers and other collector sites. have fun surfing! -Wil.
  20. the 6600 four etc.. are probably a little bit too different from the model.. but the 754 and tractors close to that size are possibilities.. nice collection of folders btw..
  21. Hello, for one of many restoration projects i am getting parts for, i need a front rim of a Ford 8000/8600 . quite possibly these are the same as the TW-series in 1:12 scale too.. has someone any idea where to search for these.. i cant find them in the Dakotah Toys catalog and bossenimp doesnt offer these rims either.
  22. i have found them. finally. @ www.bossenimp.com which mainly offers 1:12 and 1:16 scale decals. cant wait to receive them and put them on my first restoration project.
  23. thanks Berry thanks tractorman810 I know Henri, order quite often Britains parts from him. and we share a passion for the big blue models.. i was hoping though to get replica's from originals as a good SOS Hubley decal to photograph is quite difficult.. i have one more SOS model, but that has some damages to the decal
  24. this tractor was for the american market as the TG305 was too (T8040 in europe) and now a T6070 is also available in america. (all 1:32) and TG275 also? I order almost all NH tractors from a US contact. and get the European 1:32 models at the national toy show. New Holland has revised their series to a new series numbering system.. T1000-series.. for the better known T6000, T8000 and T9000(former TJ-series) were former TJ, TG, TN, TS , TL etc.. It is quite frustrating as i first thought this was just another Tx-series in the line and now have to divide this NH series in many different new series, and it was already so hard to keep up. this naturally means that ERTL is finally going to make more Ford and NH models to go along with the "new" line of tractors
  25. i have somehow gotten a JD book.. and got to get rid of it It is a 128 pages book with loads of pictures in b&w and colour about the John Deere General Purpose tractors. the tractors described date from the beginning until about the end of 1950. very nice detailed book. but here is the trick.. As i am a profound Ford collector, i was hoping i could somehow trade this book with someone for a Ford tractor book that i havent got.. If interested, let me know
