Here are some simple conversions based on Tim and Britains tractors .
Hope you like them.
-
Its not really working machinery as such
And I had to put this photo in .
My lad Charlie with my mates tractor puller .
It was taken today at the Welland steam rally .
-
Yes ,both Charlie and I emjoyed it thanks.
Charlie also went out this morning with a mate of mine in a New Holland combine so he's had a really good day .
-
I have taken my lad Charlie whos six to watch a Claas Lexion 570 on tracks which was working a couple of miles from our house .

Thanks for your help guys, this one is very white so perhaps it isn't the 5000 seat .
\
It was just bugging me because I hadn't seen one before .

Hello guys and girls .
I have come across a white plastic Ford seat like the type fitted to the 5000 and 6600 .
Its white plastic and not painted white and not the 135 type of seat.
I was wondering if anyone knows which tractor had a white seat of this type fitted.
I know some Fiats had cream seats but I am guessing that this could be a seat off the yellow Industrial Ford 5000 Supermajor .This may be a question for Nigel or Andy but if anyone can help I would be happy.
I don't know where I got it from ,I found it last night while rummaging about for other bits.
Thanks everyone

It looks excellent Allis .
Very nice work and unusual with it .
-
Carry on with the Fords ,sparrow legs .
It looks fine ,as do all of your conversions .
-
Very nice work Blueford .
-
Great conversion mate ,well done !
-
Coming along nicely now TM .
I love the opening doors and rear window.
-
Leave it with me Marky
-
That sledge looks ace ,how is it coming along now please ?last 2
as she is wider now the bales slip in perfectly,so with the springs in place she should work as in real life hopefully
Its nice to see somebody making one .
-
Fair play Marky ,that looks the muts nuts !!!!!!!!!
-
-
got started today after playing with the ford,,stired me brain up and i cut the track width of the jq front axel down,so she sits better now with the rear wheels
got the usual opening door and rear screen, but i have used one of dt's resin cabs and its a lot stronger than the origonals so i should be able to make both doors openable this time, not 100% on the jq front wheels at mo,don't look quite right to me hub style wise
[/Looks the bizz mate .Well done .quote]
-
Lovely tractor ,did you make it yourself ?
-
Yes ,I need to fix the exhaust, rear linkage etc etc.
-
Thanks for the advice guys.
I have seen many uses for the front axle but I have never tried myself.
-
-
I have never tried using the JD front axle .
Is it easy to remove from the original tractor ?
-
Nice work Marcus ,I have another in the pipeline and will post a picture soon.
